The suites are lovely. The neighbours are great. But Trinity didn't seem to care about their senior tenants. Call an ambulance? They drive by because Trinity refused to put an address on the street. Delivery? Access Calgary? All have difficulty finding the building. Unacceptable. The property manager is insulting, gaslights and is passive-aggressive to punish you. The maintenance man knows nothing. He crazy glued my toilet lid hinge. Cost-cutting resulted in the parkade ramp collapsing, with no refund for parking in the first month. MANY suites have their meters running to another suite. And be very careful about complaining. They refuse to renew your lease. This is a factual assessment of what could have been a great place.

With regrets I'm moving at the end of the month. The management and staff have been in my experience simply lovely. As is the norm with new construction there are things that could have been done better or differently but they have worked hard to make it right. Many thanks to all.
