Krysten helped me and my husband find our dream home in 2017. She has excellent communication skills, asks the right questions and was supportive through the whole journey. She also has a special talent for sensing what her clients want; we had a list of houses we wanted to see but ended up putting an offer on a house that she had found for us. I sold my house with Krysten Welch in spring 2020 during the Covid outbreak. She adapted well to the situation and actually sold our house off of her virtual tour without having multiple families in and out of our house during those unknown early days. Most recently, we purchased a house using her again and we got under list price. She’s an incredible agent, will always keep you in the loop and isn’t afraid of tough negotiations. I highly recommend her to anyone looking.
