Nice and clean hostel with super friendly staff in the unique setting of a former nuns home. I liked the huge lounge rooms and that they have books, videos, boardgames, guitars and some other instruments for their guests. Great social vibe at this place!

Lovely old convent in great shape....spotless as though the nuns were still here (what do I know). This is basic accommodation as far as the rooms are concerned. The bed was comfortable. The communal toilets and showers are down the hall. Everything very clean and well maintained. The other common areas are patrimonial. It's like having your livingroom in a church. The church-like tranquility is totally dependent on the good behaviour and consideration of the guests because sound travels easily through the walls. I loved the place. Just keep it quiet please!

Stayed here for one night in November (low season, very few guests). The woman at reception was very helpful, and the hostel itself is lovely. Very cool building, converted nun’s quarters, many features of which are still there. Would stay again.

My family had a nice weekend stay and loved this hostel. Very kid friendly and quiet, laid-back place with clean bathrooms and kitchen, and the common area and library were stocked with loads of books, movies, games, and toys. Baie St. Paul is also a nice town!

Fantastic hostel! The staff is amazing, the facilities are great, lot of chilling areas. Wifi worked fine too. Location is also very good and near restaurants. My stay was perfect and I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Take the tour! Info on signage is in English and French and it ends with a beautiful chapel that strikes awe in visitors with its hidden beauty.

The new maison mère is wonderful. The youth hostel is great. Activities and low fee. Close to city centre.
