Ronald's Rubbish

Ronald and Ronald's Rubbish are awesome! I used him to get rid of a queen mattress, box spring, and bed stand. Ronald's customer service is top notch. He was the first to get back to me with a quote, and came in about 2/3 of the price of the next lowest company I reached out to. When his crew was unexpectedly delayed due to a weigh scale closure (thanks COVID) he called me right away to let me know and arrange a slightly later pickup time with profuse apologies. He gave me a discount for the very minor convenience caused by something not at all his fault - fantastic customer service. Greg and the boys showed up, and had my mattress, box spring, and bed stand loaded up and gone in about 10 minutes despite my building having no elevator. On top of that they were professional, and very careful not to scuff any walls. I'm really not used to this level of professionalism - it made a very stressful time for me (moving in the middle of a pandemic) a whole lot easier. Thanks Ronald, Greg, and gang!

I have used Ronald's twice now for the removal of furniture and household items. Both times they have arrived at the designated time, have been friendly and well prepared for the removal. The very competitive quote I received over the phone was what I paid each time.5 star recommendation for sure.

I used Ronald's company a couple months ago and have just started getting around to writing a review because I felt it was needed. Ronald's company was fantastic. We recently installed a new fence and tore down the old one. As well as that, we had a bunch of junk that has piled up over the years. I googled the best junk removal companies near me and sent out for some quotes. Ronald's price was the lowest of them all and he responded first. We set up a time and within the week Ronald's crew came by, had all the junk removed and had one satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend Ronald's company to whoever was needing junk removal as they were affordable, on time and Ronald was responsive to all needs in an efficient manner.
