Culinarium - Italian Culinary Studio
Chef Luciano visited our kindergarten class virtually. It was an amazing experience! The children had a wonderful time. He was engaging and enthusiastic throughout the entire cooking class. He showed us step-by-step how to make gnocchi & sauce! The children enjoyed this hands-on experience. It allowed them to learn something new and have fun. Oh...and it was delicious! Thank you, Culinarium!

I recently participated In the second Luciano, Culinarium Seminar. My first experience was an on-line Sopressata seminar on the fine art of curing, Calabrese style. Luciano's knowledge is immense and his passion for the craft is extraordinary. I was so intrigued, I signed up for his in person N'duja seminar 2 weeks later at the Culinarium Studio. Luciano greeted his morning guests with espresso and Crispelli and a big Calabrian smile. The class was very informative. We all enjoyed hands on learning. The morning was also filled with good food, fine wine and great company.Luciano, thank for a traditional Calabrian Culinary experience.Can't wait for your next one!!Angelo Palmier

Highly recommend the fresh pasta and sauces available to purchase! They also offer cooking classes which are taught by a very knowledgeable Italian chef. Such a great addition to the neighbourhood!

Culinarium - Italian Culinary Studio
Chef Luciano visited our kindergarten class today for a virtual cooking class where he taught us all how to make ricotta gnocchi and tomato sauce. The children, parents, grandparents and teachers all had a wonderful time with chef Luciano. He was so friendly, educational and engaging! The students loved learning about measurement and nutrition not to mention learning a practical skill such as cooking with an authentic Italian chef. I would highly recommend this experience to any teachers looking to connect with their students and do something fun together throughout their online teaching experiences. Chef Luciano really made our children's day a little brighter today!Thank you chef!

My husband and I had the pleasure of doing the mozzarella class. It was delicious. We traveled from Windsor and no regrets. Look forward to doing this again. Very educational too. They set the bar for Italian cuisine in Toronto.

Chef Luciano is very friendly to the kids. He is easy to follow, patient with the kids and very good in teaching the kids to follow the step-by-step procedure of the recipe. This virtual cooking class hosted by Culinarium is an excellent platform to make your kids enjoy great activities virtually during these times. Excited for more cooking classes ahead. -little chef EB

What a great experience. I booked a private cooking class and dinner with Luciano for my partner and I. The space was beautiful and a perfect place to learn some new cooking tricks. Luciano is so very talented and made us a delicious meal for our celebration. (The gnocchi was my favourite!!!) We got to ask tons of questions, and we loved chatting with him. We will remember this experience forever!! Thank you to our new friend Luciano!!!

We had an awesome time at the mozzarella/Burrata class! The food was amazing and Luciano and Giovanni were really friendly and gave a great background on the history of the cheese.

Chef Luciano actually made the experience feel like I was really cooking Under the Tuscan Sun". He was very engaging and thorough making it very easy to follow him each step of the way. It was such an enjoyable time and the meal turned out absolutely delicious! Thanks Chef Luciano - I will definitively be making those dishes again."
