Front window cracked inside their sealed window on aug 4 th we called Darcy to get it fixed, gave them the deposit on aug 5 thWas told two weeks to get and install at the time of the orderStill not installed this is now sept 24th.And still excuses like 20 other people are more important.Not a long time customer like we wereI will never use this company again or recommend themLacking in staff, efficiency and productUpdatePaid in full for the job on aug7 /20The window finally got installed dec 4/20

We are traveling across the country when we happened to get a huge windshield crack due to a passing truck. Called closest city(Thunderbay with no luck ). Called Thurs morning, told Jerry we were coming through the area Friday. Result. Yes sir, no problem., could we be there first thing in the morning. Showed up first thing, said we could come back around 3.Back at 2:50. Done,. Bill was as quoted. Very friendly. Would recommend. Thank you Jerry.!

Most excellent service replacing my wind shield. They even repaired a rust spot. Went to them to replace a window pane and they were very helpful, offering advice on how to remove the broken pane and promptly making a new one.

I took in a house window for repair. The replacement was excellent quality, on time, and on estimate. Highly recommended!

Installed a used windshield in my truck and scratched my dash in the process. Won't make good after he said he would install a new windshield.I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Due to convenience to my home and the excellent service provided, I tend to go to Pro Auto Glass for my vehicle glass needs.It's just by the first crossing of the CPR tracks and there's lots of off street parking in their lot.It's wise to look for train movement in the yard when approaching the business as vehicles waiting for the crossing to reopen, can delay getting there sometimes, but not always.I went in today to make an appointment to have a rock chip repaired and after it was closely inspected, I was given an appointment for 1 pm today. Very impressed!There is a level entry into the shop and a unisex washroom on the main floor. There is also a display of the various windows for structures which they also install. I noted this visit there was also a boat in for some work, so they cover all the bases.Update: I arrived a bit early and the vehicle was immediately moved into the shop for the repair. I relaxed in the comfortable seating area, set up for waiting customers. I didn't have to wait long as it was done and I was headed for home in about 35 minutes.The price was very reasonable and the work outstanding. Another pleased customer.

I am extremely disappointed by the service received at this location. From booking the appointment until the vehicle was picked up, there was nothing but problems. Unfortunately, not being from here, relying on reviews, and what others had told me, I let myself be convinced that it would get better.. Was I ever wrong!!When I initially tried to book my appointment, I was advised that my vehicle was discontinued in 2012... I am not a car person, but I know the make and model of what I drive... I am not that incompetent!! Second, I was advised that a phone call would be made on Friday to confirm that all the pieces were in and to confirm my appointment the following Tuesday. I did receive the call... Everything was apparently in order, my appointment was confirmed... Pretty basic right? Not so much... a couple hours after I brought my vehicle in, I received a phone call advising that a piece was missing"... Now
