I was extremely pleased in doing business with them. They are keeping there promises, they are making sure that the vehicle you are getting is in top shape and they offer good guaranties. They allow you to test drive alone, which is great. There inventory is also really interesting. Finally, all the communications (I was dealing with Thomas) were quick and effective. I strongly recommend.

Couldn't be happier with my experience. Very upfront, no b/s and clear on the procedure and costs. Handled everything required for purchasing the vehicle and licensing in Ontario. Fair on trade in offer, again no B/S and friendly to work with.It very much felt as though they just wanted to sell a good car, quickly and efficiently without fleecing or upselling. I felt I paid what the car was worth based on shopping around and they made the money they wanted to - I would recommend them quickly to any friends or family looking for a new vehicle.

We had a wonderful experience buying our new to us car two weeks ago.Most important to us is the after sale service.Two weeks after we bought the car we had a weird mechanical issue. Since the car is still under warranty we took it to the dealer. Unfortunately the particular problem is not covered under Mercedes warranty since the issue appears to be caused by a foreign object lodged in a weird part of the climatisation system.I contacted Carrera Auto sales to advise them of our conundrum. Thomas and Heloic immediately reassured us that they would take care of the repairs. They did!This sort of “no problem “ after sales service is worthy of advertisement!!Awesome service !

I had to good experience at Automobile Carrera. Thomas was very helpful. They had the specific vehicle I was looking for there and it seemed well priced compared to similar offers at other places and online for a similar vehicle. They were responsive to fix a couple issues that I noticed after purchasing the vehicle which were covered under the initial short warranty that came with the vehicle (approximately 5 year old used vehicle). They also gave me a good deal on a set of summer tires.Mike
