Pride Truck Sales Milton HWY-401

Had a flat tire. Drove here and the mechanic asked $20 for a plug fix. I agreed. At the time of the payment he charged $20 for plug plus $30 for labour. What a Rip off

I bought 5 trucks from the pride truck sale. Everytime they have some issues but it has some small issues which i fixed from the mechanic. But last time i bought volvo truck 2020 around 130k which has speedometer problem. I tried to fix from my mechanic which was going very costly so then i called the pride because i towed the truck because it was not shifting the gears. First time they said they will fix it but i got the problem again and i called them again because i was getting issue. Then they told me to take milton loaction and i dropped the truck because they said they will give a truck next day evening but when i called them they said they are fixing the truck. So i reach there by the evening. I saw there they did not even touch my truck and they leave the door open which has the reason lots of dust and water inside. I checked the camera in my truck and i found they did nothing just lieing to me and they did not fix as well and i got some scratches on my truck bumper. Anmol supervisor is very rude who does not even know how to talk to customers

I’ve been using pride’s scaling service plus fuelling cards from very long long time and they have the bestest staff . In store facilities are really great. They have free showers for drivers which always clean and hygiene. Highly recommended their service. Rajat is helpful and always showed his professional and customer oriented skills.

Milton location is amazing Customer Service, offers fast and reliable service. Trustworthy and do not disappoint!! Will continue to use them for our fleet. Luis is always helpful, great to deal with.

PRIDE TRUCK SALES, T-PINE LEASING, and PRIDE GROUP. They are biggest Rip Off in this industry. I would give them 0 rating if I had an option. Anybody who decides to buy & finance a truck from them, please think million times. Do not consider their paid 5 Star reviews, all are fake. My worst experience ever. Last week was my first and last visit in the Pride Group.

Pride has a great team for Truck and Trailer Repair in Milton. They provide quality truck repairs with fair pricing. Luis is great to deal with, very professional and reliable. Always receive excellent service and care. I would highly recommend.
