We walked into a Shaughnessy model home by accident after getting lost looking for another builder. We were instantly wowed and had to come inside and look around. The layout, quality and attention to detail was evident and the price point very competitive to similar-sized homes. We were thrilled to purchase from Shaughnessy and never regretted our decision. From the owner to the project manager to the realtor, we experienced a seamless and caring buying experience for our dream home. We take every opportunity to sing Shaughnessy’s praises!

We start with this builder and made offer ...Unfortunately they were not honest and wasted our time for about 2 weeks.... Finally they mentioned they have some houses that not sold yet and they do not want to start new one! Not in first place but when we agreed to their some unreasonable conditions! NOT TOO sure why they did that... We became frustrated with this unprofessional behavior...They verbally approved everything and then returned the offer to us two weeks later with odd condition....They gave contour offer at 2 pm Saturday and expected us to return 11 pm same day! Anyway it is good that we have not been screwed in the middle of project by them!!!!
