Had an amazing experience at Weston Ford. Adrian was able to get me in quick for an oil change in a timely manner when another dealership said it would take a week just to get me in for an oil change.The service, communication and value they provided to me was amazing. This is where I will be servicing my vehicle going forward.

Had an issue with my coolant system while driving, so I had my vehicle towed to Weston Ford. I was very impressed by the customer service and quality of the repair work. The customer service person, Imran, was *extremely* helpful, professional and friendly, and he did an excellent job of communicating with me (phone and text - super convenient). Weston Ford was very clear about what needed to be done and why, and provided updates as they made progress on the work. Highly recommend this location!

Worst places to purchase a vehicle.! I had cancelled my appointment at this place but the assistant manager sent a follow up message stating that she can give a good price for a used vehicle. And so I decided to go to the showroom. When it came to price I was asked to give an offer and in the end the finance guy says they cannot reduce the price even a bit.! If that’s the case why even ask me to put an offer? Would never recommend this place to anyone.

TOP notch service. From sales man Shawn, to finance and everyone in between. Purchased a used SUV in a very short time frame. These guys went way above and beyond what I’m used to from dealerships for my Fiancé and I. I will be coming back here again for my next vehicle. And it’s a two hour drive for me. That says something. Don’t go anywhere else. Go see these guys. Like I said from sales team to service department… TOP notch service. Thank you all very much. And have a very merry Christmas.

Khurram made trading in my older Ford Escape for a 2022 Dealer Demo a pleasant experience. Like any financial transaction, it took time to get the deal that I wanted with the features I needed. In the end, after signing and initialling 10 pages, we managed to trade in my old Escape, pay out my loan, and purchase a nearly new Red Escape that has more features, with a better protection plan that's longer. All this and I have a lower interest rate loan from Ford Credit! I was smiling all the way home!This is my third car from Weston Ford. They keep getting better! I'm part of the family now!
