Horrible service , used to be so good once but service gone down here , waiting to get served no one showed up to take order waited 25 mins no one coming so we got up and left . On way out they asked how was food told them we never got any !! It was same server that put us in the booth .

Food was great, but a little over priced, two skillets for $50 not including tip. Service was a disaster, asked for a refill on our drinks but didn’t receive it.

Smitty's is a good diner with a decent bill of fare, service is good, food is hot, portions are reasonable. A good place for family dining with a menu that will have something for most folks.

The WORST, waited 45 minutes after ordering, no coffee refill while waiting for food… we ended up leaving. The staff just ignored us, there were two of them putting cutlery into napkins while the whole place filled up with customers, people would sit down, given menus and then ignored, we watched 3 tables just give up and leave when no one came to take their order. No one was eating everyone just sitting there confused… it’s a restaurant right? Don’t bother, go to bagel cafe downtown

Very poor food fish was dry, chips were frozen and poor quality. Not happy at all
