I have been working in this facility for 5 years now, and by far this is the BEST workplace I've ever worked for. Fantastic management! Great leadership from our GM Darleen, DOC Airra and LPN Karla. Employees feel appreciated, an environment where the members of the team have a strong sense of camaraderie and a good work ethic. Colleagues in all departments are family oriented, fun-loving and easy to work with. We trust the people we work for, have pride in what we do and enjoy the people we work with. I truly enjoy working for the residents and having a passion for seniors. Truly dedicated Healthcare Team and well-experienced Nursing staff. Great workplace to settle down.

No place like home and I consider Chartwell Heritage as my HOME.I worked in this place for about 5 years. From Fulltime position, I decided to explore my options in other facility and went casual. But I feel lose and keep looking for the positive vibes, happy colleagues especially Michelle and supportive management of Chartwell Heritage. I cant help but to compare Heritage in my other facility workplace. I dont feel appreciated there so I tried my best to be back fulltime. My experience in previous years with chartwell, I feel appreciated and valued as staff. Our management consisting our GM Darleen , DOC Airra, Donelda and Kitchen Manager Audie are outstanding. Thank you so much and now im fulltime staff. I am so back and cant wait to celebrate the staff appreciation this year to win again. The price is always outstanding and my singing karaoke winning is something to brag! Because of the Karaoke, my voice became better. I am so inspired to sing to my resident and make my workplace better and outstanding.

Chartwell Heritage Valley is one of the most professional and welcoming retirement communities I know. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and there are plenty of activities to keep residents engaged and entertained.They truly go above and beyond to make sure your family is taken care of.

I recently had the opportunity to tour Chartwell Heritage Valley, and I must say that I was blown away by the level of care and attention provided to residents. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home.The space was immaculate and well-organized, with a homely atmosphere that put me at ease. I was impressed with the spacious, well-appointed rooms that offered all the amenities needed for comfortable living. The common areas were also well-maintained and provided opportunities for socialization and engagement.What stood out to me the most, however, was the level of care and attention provided by Dave and the staff. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about the residents' well-being. During my tour, I witnessed firsthand the care and compassion provided by the staff, and it was clear that the residents were well-loved and well-cared for.Overall, I highly recommend Chartwell Heritage Valley to anyone seeking exceptional care for their loved one. The care home is top-notch, and the staff is dedicated to providing the highest level of care and attention to residents. My wife and myself have called Chartwell Heritage Valley our home for the past two years. The friendly staff; quality of care; variety of social activities; and the geographical setting of our facility next to a storm water pond with its vast array of waterfowl contribute to making this our home. An evening on our 3rd floor deck is therapeutic. We love it!

my 92 year old mom moved in to Chartwell Heritage Valley in September 2022 and it's been great for her but even better for me. My mom is in amazingly good health for her age, but I really worried about her living alone. She passes her driving test every year because she's an excellent driver still, but she really wasn't comfortable driving in the city. Now that she lives close by, I can drive her anytime and visit her much more often. Her place is lovely and big, and she has a lovely view of the local pond. She was worried that the food would be disappointing, but she's really enjoying the meals. She was very isolated before but now she's taking part of many of the activities, especially the exercise classes.Thank you to the staff of Chartwell Heritage Valley. You've made both our lives more fulfilling.

I met with David today at Chartwell Heritage Valley along with my friend Austin Hackner.First of all.. what an amazing facility for our aging population. With 6 locations, Chartwell offers amazing service to care for our parents and grandparents in the greater Edmonton area. Including meal and transportation services!!Throughout the tour, I saw the amazing attentive nature of every staff member. People truly care about our vulnerable elderly population within Chartwell. It was truly heart warming to seeThis is exactly how I would love for my mom to be treatedGreat job Chartwell!

In my 20 years working for this company I've had great experiences. Its a good place to work and everyone is friendly. Management is responsive and open to hearing feedback from everyone to improve resident's experience. Our GM, Darlene, has made fantastic changes for our residents. Our Director of Care, Airra, leads the nursing department in a way that makes sure we provide tender loving care to all residents. Every LPN is highly qualified and knowledgeable.We always work as a team and everyone is willing to help out to ensure the hughest level is care is provided to the residents while maintaining a positive, friendly approach for all involved.

I recently spent a day at Chartwell Heritage Valley for an open house. Was amazed at all of the happy smiles, residents who were engaged and staff who were positively interacting and greeting everyone who came through the front doors. I had the opportunity to meet Darleen Williams the General Manager who truly loves her work with seniors. Highly recommend Chartwell Heritage valley as a great retirement living location!
