Studios Vis a Vis | Facial Spa

From the moment I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the lovely receptionists. I had an amazing facial with Florbela and she took the time to sit down and prepare my new skin journey at Vis A Vis. I would highly recommend this Spa to anyone who is looking to improve their skin. I have been going to Ines for facials for a few years and really recommend. She is very honest and does not try to push treatments or products on you. Sometimes I want to do a specific treatment but she is honest and tells me if it is worth it for my skin or not. She answers all my questions and uses great products. She also helped me come up with a day and night skin routine that works for me and wrote it all down for me to take home. I feel like my skin has really improved and feels hydrated. The space is nice and welcoming. They always offer water when I arrive. I do not feel like the services are ever rushed like some other places that try to cram in as many clients as possible in an hour.

I have been twice now and I plan on going back A LOT!The staff is so knowledgeable about both skin health and skin products! I brought all the products in that I was using and Ines went through each one and explained all of the ingredients and what they do. They are not pushy when it comes to service or product sale. The results of my facials and the products I did pick up, however, is enough to keep me going back and buying more!I have only had Ines work on my face, but the rest of the staff that I have encountered while there has been delightful, so I image the establishment holds a pretty high standard for all of their employees.

Studio Vis a Vis is the city’s best kept skincare secret! I’ve been a regular customer for years and could not recommend Ines and the entire team more. From start to finish they provide such a personalized service based on what your skin actually needs, use the very best products and techniques. I‘ve truly seen incredible results with them.

Everytime I attend Vis a Vis it is with great experience. I deal with Ines who truly knows what she's doing and honestly, makes you feel at home. Not only are all the ladies professional, they are also very friendly and welcoming. They are knowledgeable with all the services they provide. I wouldn't go to any other place than Vis A Vis. I highly recommend it.

My experiences at Vis A Vis have been excellent. I am new to getting facials and I definitely felt welcomed and given the kind of treatment and advice I was looking for. I had tried a couple of other places and felt rushed in and out. Ines really takes the time to assess what my skin needs and suggests great products with no pressure to buy. I was dealing with redness and dryness and the routine/products she suggested have really helped. Everyone else I have interacted with at Studio Vis A Vis have been lovely also. I plan to keep going back!

The best Facial Asthetic Spa in Toronto. Staff is very knowledgeable , the process in caring for your face, your skins needs is excellent, and with the latest and state of art technology / equipment. They take care of you the moment you walk in. 10/10

I’ve been a client of Studio Vis a Vis for 5+ years. Ines is amazing and has been taking care of my skin since I first visited. If you’re looking for highly knowledgeable, skilled, and educated skincare professionals who provide professional clinic grade treatments and products this place is the real deal. They have such a variety of facial treatments and customize your treatment based on your needs. Value is great and they carry very reputable product lines to support post treatment needs which I really appreciate. To top it off they feel like family with everyone is so friendly and welcoming.

This is my new go to salon for my skincare needs. Ines is fantastic, she gives the best facials and she knew exactly how to handle my skin type along with recommending the best products for me. I have already noticed an improvement. I will most definitely be back. Great job Vis a Vis team!

Great service, but incredibly confusing gift card policy!I had a lovely first microneedling appointment with Ines. I was ready to buy a package of 4 which was offered at a discount compared to buying individual sessions. I was also planning to buy a moisturizer which happened to be on sale.I asked to use a giftcard to pay for part of this, and was told that no, I couldn’t use it, because the package was already at a discount. And because the moisturizer was already on sale.This an incredibly confusing giftcard policy, and for this reason I ended up just paying for the one session full price, using my giftcard. I loved Ines but I’m not sure if I’ll return.Just a warning to future clients who also have been given a giftcard from a friend!UPDATE:Management reached out to me to clarify that this was a mistake, and I should have been able to use my giftcard. They were able to make it right. I really appreciate their understanding, and them reaching out to me directly. With this situation rectified, I do plan to return back to Studio Vis a Vis!
