Ash has done several properties for me this year and I have found him to be extremely prompt, professional and curteous. His photos are great and the turn around time very short. I have used Ash twice with phenomenal success!! I'm a top producing realtor with Re/Max Hallmark, and very demanding. Quality is of paramount importance to me in all matters real estate. The first time I used Mosaic tech for a listing, we sold almost $350,000 over list price with 13 offers. The second time, which was this week, we sold for $130,000 over list price. The numbers speak for themselves. The pictures pop, the videos are intriguing and beautiful. Ash will be a regular tool in my Arsenal moving forward. Bravo!!
