Dr Francis I saw him today for nerve pain on going for 4 years first Dr that had helped me so kind I highly recommend this clinic very nice

I have been a patient of Dr Boshoff for almost 14 years, as well as my daughter, and he is an absolutely awesome Doctor, never walked away feeling less than satisfied with the visit. I'll agree with others regarding unbelievable wait times, unfortunately this seems to happen more often than not, or at least it used to but I haven't been into the new office at all yet, so hopefully that's no longer an issue, but also something my Dr has always been super apologetic for anytime it's happened, he makes it clear if your more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time he won't be able to see you that day and you'll have to reschedule. Maybe more of the Doctors there should do this and appointments wouldn't be so backed up. Just a thought.

This clinic has taken on too many patients and can no longer provide quality care. Appointment line nurses are curt and sometimes rude, doctors are of poor quality and disorganized. Appointments never take place anywhere near the time booked. Went in to get a letter from the doctor and he told me he was busy but to call back in a few days to remind him. Had to call 5 times over 2 week period to remind him to do his job. So unprofessional. If it was possible to find a new doctor I would never go back. As it is I avoid going unless I absolutely have to.

I had a positive experience having Dr.Layton as my pregnancy and postpartum doctor. Not only was she professional, she was relatable and always made me feel comfortable. I appreciated how she explained complex procedures/terms. The nurses who took my/daughters height and weight were friendly and helped me out when needed.

Trying toget on medication with dr cody for more yhan 3 months and my mental health is declining big time, no help and last talked with a different dr cause dr cody was on vacation and she couldn't help unles confirmed by dr cody and tooo slow and not wanting to help me

Literally the rudest front end and reception staff! I dread having to call them because of how unpleasant it is! Some of the doctors are the same as well. De trepess is amazing and caring but I’ve had to see a few others when he’s not available and they seem annoyed to see you.The clinic is terribly managed and booking an appointment is always a nightmare. But again the worst part of it all is the terribly rude reception staff. Where do they find these people?!

2 months for a phone appointment my condition is getting worse almost daily.WHAT?? No diagnosis nothing but crickets

I’ve been with Calidonian clinic since I was a child and last year my family doctor retired and I recieved a letter saying she was being replaced and taking on all her patients. I’ve had a phone call appointment with her before to refill my prescription and recently I needed another refill and phoned to make an appointment but now she has said I’m not her patient with no notice to me that I needed to find a new family doctor and she didn’t even tell me herself the receptionist had to email her and then the receptionist told me. Unprofessional, rude, and I think even illegal.
