Only have overwhelmingly positive things to say about working with Abe throughout the home buying process. With housing prices continuously increasing, my fiancé and I were ready to give up on the dream of buying a home as it seemed to get further and further out of reach. It wasn’t until we met with Abe that things changed. Abe was extremely knowledgeable and patient when answering our questions and even took the time to walk us through the calculations on how our borrowing limit is determined. Throughout the entire process he was very responsive, professional and friendly. It was clear he cared about helping us.As I mentioned above, prior to working with Abe, my fiancé and I felt very discouraged by the whole process because we weren’t being approved for a mortgage even close to what was needed to be a competitive bidder in the Windsor housing market. Through discussions with Abe (and a lot of work in the background by him and his team), we were able to modify our existing debt arrangement into a more favorable one that allowed us to get a decent mortgage approval - this included a reduction in current interest rates I was paying at a different bank.In our eyes, Abe was the biggest factor in us getting approved and we wouldn’t be living in the home we are today if it wasn’t for him.
