Crack Or Jack Concrete Repair

Crack or Jack sealed the concrete in our new shop. It looks much nicer now, added the “wow” factor, and we are so glad that we decided to do it. Matt was efficient and friendly, would definitely recommend. Will be using Crack or Jack again for sure!

We had 3 repairs done at once: We had a huge crack in our patio slab, our sidewalk was sloped and our outside basement steps were leaking and sand was also coming through and clogging the perimeter drain. Matt's, hard working, team took care of everything. I would definitely use them again.

They filled in the gap under my sidewalk and you'd never know they had to drill holes to do it because they patched the holes perfectly. I was impressed with the work that Matt and Ross did to restore our 30 year old driveway and stairs. There were many large cracks and a large portion of the driveway had sunken. The driveway and stairs look new now and none of the cracks are visible as the filler matches the colour of the concrete exactly. Excellent work and good communication as well!

I had a leak in my foundation wall and called Crack or Jack and spoke with Matt. I explained my situation and sent him a few photos of the wall. As soon as he saw how bad the leak was, he came over first thing in the morning. I was very impressed. I had removed the drywall where Crack or Jack had repaired a crack 5 years ago and I was worried it was leaking again. Turns out the work done in the past was still holding out the water. Matt was able to trace the leak to an area directly under the window which was still covered with some drywall. I was very happy he found the source of the leak. No crack repairs this time, just great advice. Thanks Matt!

These guys did an amazing job levelling out our back stairs and walkway.The communication letting is know when it would be done was excellentThrough my own miscommunication, (no fault of theirs) my wife wanted one other detail looked after and they took care of it without a fuss.Very happy with the service we received and will give high recommendations to anyone who asks

I really wanted to give 5 stars as the response time and overall work was really good. The missing star is a result of the mess left. There where chunks of concrete fill" all along the edge of the sidewalk and in the lawn. I am assuming there was a spinning mixer of sorts used as there where splatters of "fill" as much as 10 feet up the side of the house. The good news is the product seemed soft / water soluable and cleaned up easily."
