WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!Salesman was so rude when trying to exchange a $45 phone case for my son that he sold us that did NOT fit in the first place. Will be reporting to BBB as well! Worst service ever! Ended up leaving with a $45 case because they had no other cases in stock. Exchange was within 5 days of original purchase too.

I would recommend doing research into what you want before buying from this place, as there are no refunds, exchanges, nor warranty through this vendor. The phone has backlight bleed at the top edge of the screen, and wasn't the phone I needed. Could not exchange (even for money) for a phone that would have the same features (NFC, 5ghz wifi), even with no use on the phone.

I applaud the integrity of the gentleman working at this store. He told me that he could fix the screen on her water damaged phone, but recommended against attempting to fix it. He explaining that with water damage there was a very high probability of causing damage in the future on other components. How could have easily taken our money for a repair which would not be worth it. The experience was awesome, fast, and friendly!I highly recommend. We will see how the phone works from here but so far very impressed.! Good job guys!

Don’t buy a phone from this guys! Total scamThey sold me a used phone that was blocked. Went back and they sold me another phone that is supposed to be brand new. The phone is out of warranty because they installed an aftermarket system. So my guess is that it was used and they ripped me off.Avoid this place!!! 0 starts for this place

Had a great experience with them. Customer service was also nice. Had my Samsung s10 and the screen broke due to a fall. But I had 1 year of warranty with them so within 6 months they helped me to replace a new one.
