Ever since the Reno, the staffing here is way too low. Line up out the door. I usually try to preorder 10 minutes ahead of time. Without fail, I still have to stand there another 5-10 minutes waiting after I get there. They often have finished hot food items just sitting on the counter in the back instead of getting them out to customers.

Honestly, probably one of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to which seems to be getting progressively worse as time goes bye. It isn’t unusual to be standing there waiting over ten minutes for an Iced Capp while the that were people behind you ordering receive theirs. The majority of the staff are incompetent and rude when you simply ask a question. This Tim Hortons has the unfortunate luck of being placed directly down the street from 3 homeless shelters, so it is a daily “thing” to have groups of them outside or inside, which is fine but some of them have a very foul odour to them. With that being said, my Biggest complaint is the rude staff and very long wait times.

I was ordering my coffee with a friend and when we were done with our order we were looking for a place to sit but the cashier was really rude and was telling me to first take your coffee and go where ever you want in a really rude way. She could’ve just told me to please take our drinks politely but she spoke so rudely it felt disrespectful. Not a good experience.

Busy, clean, good inexpensive food. A bit challenging with homeless people standing outside waiting for some coins, however that is not TH's issue. That's the time we're living in.

Staff generally rude and unhelpful. Closes early, ignored clients. Really disappointed tonight, watched them close the door, ten to ten, instead of letting me grab a few donuts. Often stopped by homeless outside the door, making it very uncomfortable to enter and leave.

Very rude customer service. Staff should know that some people might be from other country and tney to won't know the menu. So staff shouldn't laugh at people when they get confused on ordering food. Came here yesterday at 7:00 and ordered a beagle with wrap. Didn't know about wraps and girl working at middle till laughed, no eye contact, no smile gestures.
