Charged extra for delivering a wreath to a funeral home located at Sheppard and Warden (clearly written in the invoice). They delivered it a WRONG location. After 3 phone calls, they went pick up the wrong delivery and re-delivered it. The wreath arrived hours late in bad shape due to excessive handling and transportation.

I was looking for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered in the Richmond Hill area. Wintergreen came up as one of the google search. Based on the google reviews, I decided to give them a call to inquire. Phyllis was very helpful on the phone and explained the options available. I placed an order with her via phone and everything was done via the phone which was convenient for me. The recipient was very happy receiving the bouquet of flowers. It was beautiful! The pricing and quality was excellent. Will buy from again when I need another bouquet of flowers!

I needed to get some flowers for my parents 54th wedding anniversary on short notice and decided to go to this place as I wanted to shop local. I picked one colour of the rose I wanted in the arrangement and gave her a budget. I was blown away when I came back in an hour to see a beautiful arrangement. I forgot the name of the lady who did an amazing job on the arrangement.

On behalf of my family, relatives, and friends, we want to express our gratitude to everyone at Wintergreen Florist. We worked with Phyllis and she went beyond the call of duty in helping us to write out the appropriate traditional Chinese text on the ribbons for all of the floral arrangements ordered for my mom's funeral. We ordered half a dozen arrangements and they used a variety of different flowers and colour variations so that the casket spray and standing sprays all looked unique. Thank you Phyllis, Dorothy and everyone Wintergreen Florist for bringing joy to our day in celebrating my mom's life and memory.

I ordered flowers over the phone with Wintergreen Florist because of the pandemic and didn't come in store. The workers were friendly and thorough discussing colour scheme, wrapping, and the budget. My mom loves how elegant the flowers are :) I'll definitely be coming back!

Phyllis did an excellent job showing her artistic and techniques on making 12 different yet harmonic flower arrangements for my father's funeral. They're so beautiful and fresh, we took them to the graveyard after the funeral, they reminded fresh and beautiful when we saw them after 3 days visiting the grave.

Phyllis did some outstanding work with providing my family with 1-Casket Spray and 3-Standing Sprays for my father's funeral. She was extremely knowledgable with Chinese funeral customs as she walked us through her recommendations and even wrote out each ribbon with care.The flowers arrived on-time and were fresh and beautiful.
