My sister and I came in to upgrade her phone and phone plan. The associate who helped us; Yusuf was EXTREMELY helpful. Once we mentioned what my sister was looking for and what her average data usage was, he went above board and provided us with all the different options and their prices. Super laid back but also knowledgeable guy and he was extremely helpful but not pushy at all. Also very personable and made the process extremely easy, the offer my sister ended up picking through KOODO was really an awesome deal. Great experience, especially as upgrading or buying a new phone can sometimes be a pain.

Cannot express how thankful I am to Yusuf and Shahbaaz of the St Albert Telus location! These young men were so knowledgable, and helped me save money on my monthly plan. They went through all my options with me in detail even if I took a little bit more of their time than necessary. Usually sales associates just wanna shoo you out of the store, but Yusuf and Shahbaaz made me feel like a truly valued customer. 5/5 and I wish I could rate them more. You can just tell they want to help people. Their patience, intellect, and customer service skills are unmatched.

Asked for help on our newly purchased Smart Watch, Shahbaaz helped us to activate out GPS and Cell service to the watch. Great service, Thank you!

There was a line when I got here but since there were three associates it went fast! Joel was amazing, I was in and out in 20 minutes when I was getting a new phone and he was super patient and clear with the terms and agreements when I signed. He was willing to spend time with me to set up my new phone if I needed it (I didn’t) despite there being a line. They close at 7 pm not 6 pm!!

Do not use this store, they like to lie to you.I had to get a new phone and the guy told me I would have the same exact plan as I did before which was 100gb of data for $90. Instead I found I have 75gb for $90 so that’s the first thing he lied about.Then he told me the entire total including the warranty cost of $15 would come to a certain amount and that’s what I would be paying per month. Instead I’m getting charged $30 more than what I was told.I’m extremely ticked off by this especially since I’m a student and needed that money for school. If I knew they were going to do this I would have went somewhere else for a phone that didn’t lie to their customers

I made an 1100 appointment. Checked in via qr code. Received no notifications on my phone about being ready to be seen. At 1140, a sales representative attempted to help me. He had no computer available to actually help me with respect to my account. I left and went to a different Telus location down the road where I was helped. Now I am receiving notifications that I missed my appointment having never even received alerts that they were ready to see me. Poor customer service experience. Will never go back.

I am 1.5hr out of town first off. I am an older person that is not tech savvy. I went in to swap out my old phone to new one. Julian explained that it was not policy to help when purchased online. He than proceeded to help me. He listened and noticed I was in need. This helped secure a $200.00 purchase that went to the store and not somewhere else. I have been a customer for 15yrs. I got my first phone in this location. His polite and caring customer service is fantastic. His customer service was excellent. Another agent finished the transaction Ali. Julian was so refreshing to see he actually put his customer first and did secure a salemore customer agents should follow this procedure. Thank you for fantastic customer service. .
