This company’s annual revenue is $22 million. Plus anyone who has tried to make a complaint, and it’s not being acknowledged. Just take a look at the person in charge of it and how seriously she is when it comes to complaints. This is from the 21 to 2022 annual report coauthor by Andrea Stevens (the person that sees your complaints).“Three years ago we instituted a formal “complaint process” providing patients an option to submit complaints through our website. It is also used for compliments - including one from a very appreciative parent who had brought her toddler to our after-hours clinic. The resident physician assessed the patient and recommended going to the hospital, however, the child’s favourite toy was left behind. He went out of his way to return the toy to the ED and find the family. The mother was very grateful and used our website portal to thank the resident, and wanted to make sure that the organization knew how “his kindness and compassion” were greatly valued”.But I am sure after my 20 years as a patient means they at least value me as a patient. Well, let’s see what the new Head of the board of directors has to say on her company’s website.To start with Susannah Margison is a malpractice lawyer, who has decided to become a “life coach”. But not for everybody. Her company website tells you exactly what she wants her patients to be “It's certainly not consulting. My clients are most often brilliant. And experts in their fields. They don’t hire me to provide them any additional expertise, but rather to unlock and sculpt their own expertise”. But her company must use tried and tested psychological approach to dealing with situations. Nope her office uses the ethical and fair practice displayed by “My clients have sought out a service and asset used by the world’s most powerful and renowned CEOs, corporate executives, public figures and world-class athletes. Individuals performing at the highest level, have a coach enhancing that performance”. So people like Jeff Bezos or Warren Martin Anderson? Either way, not people I would look to when I thinking about any sort of moral compass.This is from Susannah Margison companies website “At our core, Margisons helps people understand each other in the face of conflict. Our strategies help people see a way through the situation, empower them to take action that they feel is best suited to their success, and support them with insights they can trust throughout the resolution”. Please note, it’s not about a resolution that’s fair. Their goal, Not fair or correct, just “best suited to their success”, not anyone else. Remember, this is supposed to be a medical practice!I encourage everybody to read the 21-22 Summerville Annual report available online. It was co-authored by Andrea Stevens. It is an education!In my opinion, this is a company that puts their business far ahead of the care of their patients.

Dr. Bourne is the worst healthcare provider I have ever spoken to.She was combatitive, incredibly blaming and told me to change physicians when I asked to be referred to a specialist.She told me 6 months ago that I would need to come back to get my prescription renewed (that being the first time I met her, I can confidently say I don't even remember what she looks like, let alone the details of what she said). When reception called they said Dr. Bourne wanted to speak about my medication". Nothing about this indicated I could not get it renewed until I spoke with her.I then called to ask if I would still have my prescription renewed if I didn't schedule an appointment. This is when I learned I would not. I asked for the soonest appointment and I explained how many days left I had of my life saving medication. After a lot of arguing to get even be allowed an appointment time

Family doctor here was NEVER available. The front staff is terrible to deal with. They want you to respect their 1 hour breaks" that apparently the entire staff takes in the exact same time

This clinic has been life-changing for me. I've had difficulties in the past with a previous clinic so it led to a lot of fear and distrust built up over time. A lot of basic and more serious medical concerns were put on the back burner because of that. The friendliness of the staff and physicians, and their incredibly professional treatments have drastically improved my quality of life! Feels great to feel listened to and respected. :)

This rating is based on the past 3 months. I give 5 stars prior to this timeframe,I have been going here for a very long time 30+ years and now have been assigned to a new Dr. I have to call each month to get my prescription renewed and since I have the Dr. has made me feel like I am am doing something wrong. She has questioned why I once called a week and a half in advance for a renewal (I was instructed to do that by the office so they are not scrambling at the last minute). She has also attempted to change my medication over phone during our first meeting. The situation has left a bad taste in my mouth as I should not be made to feel this way by my Dr. Now I feel hesitant to discuss anything with her.

I'm sure the other doctors are probably fine, but don't go to Dr. Vincent Park if you want proper care. Dismissive and misdiagnosed me many times, and if you check online there are many with the same experience. I'm glad to be taken off his patient list. Also, I'm surprised his receptionist still has a job with how unprofessional she is. Really awful attitude, and speaks over you before you even get one sentence out. Gave me information I knew was wrong (unless she somehow knows better than the folks at ServiceOntario) and refused to correct her mistake. Real shame, because I'm seeing really good reviews for some of the doctors here.

My resident Dr. has listened to my concerns in a very compassionate and helpful manner. She put me on the meds of my choice despite her concerns for side effects (which I experience none of and this message works very well for me) as well as directing me to other services the clinic offers. The front staff are friendly and competent as well as efficient. I've never waited longer than 15mins pass my appointment time and the receptionist makes making appointments easy and fast. I love this clinic.

I love the summerville family health team. With any practice, a few hiccups along the way. Carmella is just the best medical administrator to deal with. Although, majority of the team is kind, welcoming and helpful. Dr. June Kingston is hands down the best doctor I have ever experienced. I am sad to see her go, but Dr. Nessari has been pleasant to deal with as well. Asks all the right questions, she is very thorough. The staff are great there. Wait times are usually a little long, but it's not secret so don't book another appointment right after somewhere else. This kind of care is hard to find.

The whole Summerville team is excellent! They provide amazing service to their patients. Dr. Skeldon has been my family Doctor for years and he is absolutely top notch. Bedside manner and genuine care for his patients is paramount!
