I take Sarah’s yoga classes online. Sarah is very knowledgeable in her practise. She explains the poses and what area they are targeting. I appreciate the cues, options, and explanations.. I like being reminded to breathe, keep my shoulders down away from my ears, and keeping my feet active and engaged.Her prices are very reasonable.Keep up the good work SarahRuth

Sarah Marie Yoga
I've taken several yoga classes with Sarah Marie Yoga (over Zoom) and have loved them. She is a very good instructor, explaining each move precisely and in a calm slow manner. I always felt great after the class was done. It settled me down and I was able to sleep better. I highly recommend Sarah!
