Terrible customer service, for anyone thinking of buying a new Honda please don’t ,I bought a 2020 Honda Pilot black edition , and it has been a Journey of pain , they can’t fix there own cars , non of the options is working.I and I did the biggest mistake of life buying that car .It’s an honest advise and warning , please save your money. And go get a respectful brand .My complaint number is 02958919 and no one cares .Black screen all the time , and that’s my 5th attempt to fix with no luck .no replacement car , expensive service for car which dose not work , widest customer service ever .

Habib the customer care manager misunderstood the situation about our 2019 CR-V, which had a high pressure fuel pump fail after less than 80k km driven, and claimed it was Honda Canada's position that the car was out of warranty and informed us we had to foot the bill for repair. Clearly the issue with our car was related to the safety recall bulletin from 2021 regarding the fuel pump motor as symptoms such as high pressure fuel pump failure were listed in the background of that bulletin. Furthermore, the car was very clearly under warranty as it had not exceeded 100k km nor has it been more than 5 years for the warranty to lapse. Lastly, Habib rudely called at whatever time he deemed appropriate, interrupting me during MY work hours to quickly try to make me agree to pay the repair at a reduced cost, and only to quickly try to hang up as soon as I declined to pay. We will never ever again recommend anyone to buy Honda. As well, the 50 other people at my workplace listening in to my conversation with Habib have come forward to me and shared experiences of having issues with Honda's service and customer support in the past. They have not been buying Honda since then. In the end, I stood by my stance and was able to get the car repaired UNDER warranty after a long 2+ weeks of fighting with Honda Canada. The mental toll and damage Honda Canada has done to us by these playing games will not be forgotten. I have a recording of the conversation and will expose their lies to the media.

I am a customer of Honda since 10 years ago what seriously i had a very bad accident experience with the company as a result of an accident. my leased vehicle was out of the road for more than 7 months . the main reason for the delay of repairing my vehicle was the spare parts. Honda Canada did not want to provide me with a replacement Vehicle since the delay was driven by the out of spare parts, i had to spend 15 days with emails and calls to apply for my right . then they approved my replacement vehicle but for a lower vehicle with a limited number of passengers then again i have to go back and have all this communication again . moreover they denied my right to refund me for some of lease payments during these 7 months however i was driving a very bad vehicle and paying for a vehicle was off road. i don’t think so Honda is not up to the customer satisfaction and care as before as explained above more over the unprofessional way and careless treated the customers.

i bought my Honda Pilot 2022 black edition last year end of October,around two months ago at 45000km i start to have problems with car control, car and wheel shaking while pressing breaks also stranger sounds from car while pressing breaks, wheel shaking when u pass 80km, i took it to the service twice they charge me $1200 by putting new rotors on new car (SCAM) and now $600. Problem starts over as soon as i leave Honda Dealership, i pay for that car 75k feels like im driving trash!!!

PAINT FALLING OFF!! We bought a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring about 5 years ago. I am aware that the car has no warranty left.But never in my life have I ever had a car where the paint just flies off when driving. Literally everywhere, specially the roof and hood which is almost bare. I contacted Honda a year ago. I was sent to a dealer to take pics and to his body shop, also to take pics for a quote. The quote was submited and I never heard from them again. I kept following up over and over. A year later I got a response. I had to take pics again and submit them. Of course after a year the paint loss has worsened.So I was told that there is no warranty, I knew that... and there is nothing they can do. But I will get a $750 dollar certificate towards a new or used Honda.Seriously??? Why would I ever purchase another Honda again, when they are known for bad paint jobs, which I was told by Honda employee's. That amount is insulting!! I love the car but paint should NOT come off like that. In a year I have no white pearl paint left. Honda is very disappointing to say the least. I will never purchase a Honda again!! Customer service at its best...NOT!! These pics are just the hood and roof. Its like that everywhere.

A bad experience really motivates people to express themselves (and rightly so judging from some reviews). However, my windshield was delaminating a year after the warranty expired. Honda recognized this as a manufacturing defect and replaced it free of charge. I was really impressed.

This has been my worst & last visit most likely at the WhitbyOshawa Honda Service Center, yet I am disheartened to observe that regardless of one's efforts or even the escalation to Honda Canada, it appears that no semblance of concern is bestowed upon the matter even after 8 days.The primary concern I have encountered with my vehicle is a noticeable cranking or grinding noise that manifests when turning the wheel to the left or even when the vehicle is stationary with the engine running. It is disheartening that this matter was not given the requisite attention or addressed adequately during the service. I firmly believe that a more meticulous and diligent approach would have led to a precise diagnosis, focusing on vital components of the suspension or steering system, such as tie rods, shocks or struts, steering column bearing, and power steering fluid.Moreover, I find it perplexing that the team overseeing the initial inspection failed to detect a tear on the tire sidewall, which was subsequently brought to my attention in the inspection report. It is disconcerting that seemingly minor concerns such as slight dings on the wiper blades were duly noted, while a significant issue like the tire sidewall tear went unnoticed. This oversight raises questions regarding the thoroughness and attention to detail during the inspection process.While I acknowledge the significance of repairs and general maintenance for the overall performance of the vehicle, I am disheartened that the focus appeared to be disproportionately centered on these aspects, such as the recommendation for brake pad changes, rotor replacements, and even tire replacements, rather than delving deeper into the core problem.It is disheartening that the paid inspection, did not yield valuable insights or provide a comprehensive understanding of the root cause of the problem. As a customer, I expected a thorough examination and an unwavering commitment to resolving the issue, rather than a superficial assessment.

My wife had a 2017 honda crv. One day she heard a noise and came home. The Turbo had blown. We went to a garage and had it looked at. They showed me the turbo that had basically disintegrated due to being made of what looked like tin. After weeks of providing the receipts provided by the mechanic that did her maintenance as well as a letter from him, the denied our warranty (we paid approximately $4000 for) as they said that there was sludge in the motor due to not servicing the vehicle. After many phone calls, emails, and more phone calls and emails, the told my wife it was going to cost us about $28,000 to fix the 2017 crv. After weeks and weeks, they offered my wife $6500 for the piece of scrap. Not only will we NEVER buy a Honda again, my entire family (14 Honda s) will NEVER go with Honda again. Don't waiste your money on the over priced pieces of scrap metal
