I had a squirrel removal in my townhome. Initially, Tyler was helping me then Steve ended up helping me in the very end. Steve came on late but he called me ahead of time that he was going to be late which I appreciated. They tied a cage in my balcony but we didn't catch the squirrel. Hannah was very responsive and Ali is very professional. Thank you all for the great service!

Our experience with icon pest has been excellent so far. We had a mice infestation last year with our place and we called Icon Pest for their program and went with their annual program. It has been quite effective and we no longer see any activity inside. They have been super responsive as well when it comes to service calls and will show up within few days. We have decided to renew the program for another year and the overall pricing has been pretty reasonable as well.Definitely recommend them to anyone with similar issues!

We had raccoon issues on our roof.The nice staff at Icon pest control were very helpful to navigate us through this issue. The office admin, Bahar was professional and responsive. They sent one of their expert technicians, Mehdi to inspect and locate the entry spots right away as well as securing them with wire mesh and get the animals off our property.The great service is appreciated!

Tyler came to our home on time and did an inspection of the raccoon problem in our attic and rodents in our backyard. He is very polite, helpful and very good in explaining to us the situation and what needs to be done. He explained what Icon Pest Control will do from their end and what needs to be done from our end. He looked at each area of the problem and assessed them in detail. He gave us expert advice and his experience and competence is highly commendable. He does not pressure you to do things that are not necessary but only set out the facts and let the client decide. He is indeed very professional in his work.We saw the merits of all his advice and went ahead with the service for raccoon removal and we took the one year protection plan for rodent control.He is very hardworking and even in areas that are very hard to access, he did his very best to do his job well. He was able to do things efficiently with a lot of patience and dedication to the job that he is doing.He wore shoes protection inside our home, and diligently accomplished all the task that needs to be done. Our roof is high and not easy to access but he was able to find a way to access it in a safe manner.What we like about Tyler is that he did everything on the first visit by installing the one way trap door for the raccoon and the rodent control. He also did exclusions for all possible raccoon entry points. This gave us a much needed peace of mind. He even closed a hole where the raccoon must have fallen off by accident. It was very important to us that this hole be closed because the insulation is falling off from the ceiling outside our home.After completing the job, Tyler gave us the videos and the pictures of the raccoon problem and what he has done to resolve them. He sent us a detailed report of job that was performed and the location of the stations for rodent control in our home. He did not wait for the next day to do this..he completed all of these before he left. Terrific job!On the next day, the raccoon accidentally fell down again on the hole that was already repaired and it caused an opening again on the sofit. We called him but we did not leave a message. Before we could call again, he is right there returning our call. Very efficient indeed! This just shows the high degree of concern he has for his clients. He was back as soon as he can and fixed the problem about the hole alright. He took care of everything.Tyler promised to complete the clean up inside the attic once the raccoon has finally left the through the one way trap door. It is reassuring to have someone like Tyler address these issues we had in our home.We are very happy with the service we had with Icon Pest Control. The pricing is also reasonable and they even gave us 10% discount for first time clients.We highly recommend Icon Pest Control and we would rely on their services for the foreseeable future. I had used this company Icon Pest Control & Wildlife Removal (Richmond Hill) after another company just wanted to lay traps and not really bother with the very strong odour that was coming from underneath the extension of the house, and said it was likely mice. It was pretty obvious they didn't really want to find the source. The lady who had answered at Icon Pest was very receptive and friendly, and was able to send Tyler out.He cut through the wood (see pictures), went all the way in, and retrieved a dead racoon that had gotten in, got trapped and died (last June when it was very hot). The smell and a lot of flies were buzzing around. He retrieved it (it was huge) and bolted back up the cover. I was very impressed with Tyler's professionalism, general demeaner and willingness to actually solve the problem with care vs the other companies were always so busy or reluctant to take it on. I highly recommend Icon Pest Control & Wildlife Removal (Richmond Hill).I had gotten some landscaping work done and it seems an animal had gotten got in due to an opening, which caused a lot of noise due to getting stuck in the vent (in Sept 2022 when it was getting cold). Tyler came promptly again and ascertained that it was likely a certain rodent (I forgot but he had a recording of the sound which matched) and after checking, was confident there was no longer the rodents in there.I proceeded to purchase the annual Rodent control plan as a precaution, and there has not been any issues since. I did cover up the hold where I'm sure the rodent had gotten in, but knowing that this company and Tyler are real genuine professionals in the field, it was worth it.

We Contacted Icon requested a quote via their web page. They replied very quickly and found their pricing to be very competitive and well explained.Once confirming we would use their service they scheduled us for the very next day, working around our schedule. The company was very accommodating.The Technician Matt arrived as scheduled and followed Vovud protocols and wore shoe covering while in our house to protect the floors and carpets. He thoroughly checked the house top to bottom, including the attic. He explained the entire process as he progressed along and identified and fixed several areas entry was being made.Matt was very polite and professional. Wonderful company. We had issues with squirrels in my Mom's attic. Steve, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He arrived right when he said he would and took the time to explain what work was required. He also took video of his work on the roof so we'd have it for our records. I would absolutely recommend them.

Jordan from Icon was great to deal with.He arrived on time to perform an inspection and provide a quote.He took the time to explain the process and materials used to exclude a squirrel. After agreement, he was able to install the exclusion box during the same visit.The followup visit 2 weeks later to remove the box and install the final mesh was a breeze too (schedule easy to accomodate and punctual arrival).High quality work and great Service Specialists.
