Suede Master

!WARNING!!Do not bring your jacket here for dry cleaner or make sure your dry cleaner doesn’t send it off to them. Suede master absolutely doesn’t care if they ruined your jacket. I had the manager ( Nalini ) of Suede master look me in the face and said there’s nothing wrong with this jacket it’s perfectly fine except the hole in the sleeve. She also said that hole wasn’t not from us and that’s complete bull because I picked it up from there store inspected first before I took my jacket back. This was a really upsetting and stressful situation. I had to send my jacket to the Mackage repair team to confirm if they did a bad job or not… Luckily the paid for the repair but it was a very stressful communication. The manager ( Nalini ) has horrible communication took days to reply my email. The supervisor ( Joyce ) called me told me the Manager would like to speak to me and to come to the store at 3-4 pm. I got there around 3:30, they told me the manager isn’t here. Like … Why couldn’t they call me so I wouldn’t have to waste my time and my gas. Mind you, I didn’t get one apology from them. After what they did to me. You guys seriously need to be shut down, look at the amount of negative reviews the company has from other customers. We trusted you with our belongs, the least you guys can do is look after it with care.

So I called around to a few places, and most places were inaccessible for wedding dress preservation, and the prices were fairly steep just for dry cleaning services. One place told me they weren't sure when they would get the kit for wedding dress preservation, and that it was like this in most places. I got my preservation kit from David's Bridal, I sent out the dress following the instructions, I got upgraded insurance, on top of the insurance the service already provided for my dress which was also affordable. I recieved the wedding dress back within the time frame I was provided, and with the personalizations I had requested. I got the premium preservation which gives me a lifetime guarantee against yellowing, and Muslin wrap for the dress. I love the preservation, they did a phenomenal job, as I had taken over a year to have it preserved, it had started to yellow and fade slightly, my gown looks whiter and crispier than when I sent it in its display box and I can admire it for years to come, thank you. I was given an accurate idea of the process and results. Joyce did a wonderful job with my dress, and I recieved amazing and responsive customer service and the place was super accessible, and customer service was awesome! Highly reccomend.

I brought my $1,400 Mackage jacket to Centro Square Dry Cleaners in Vaughan and they sent it out to Suede Master. My jacket came back completely destroyed, I did not even recognize it anymore. The fur on the hood was thin, torn and crimped. The fur that lines the inside of the hood was scarce and greasy. The hook inside the jacket was covered with leather prior to dry cleaning, and after the cleaning it was peeled off. In addition, the jacket lost it's volume as the feathers have been flattened in the cleaning process. As shown in the pictures, the sleeve is so flat that you can see the shape of the hanger through it.I went in to Suede Master to ask for compensation for the jacket and they took no responsibility for the damages. First they blamed Mackage and said it could have been a defective jacket, then they blamed me for wear and tear". I have pictures of the jacket that was in perfect condition prior to dry cleaning

Suede Master is hands-down the master of suede/ leather cleaning with a very reasonable price and quick turnaround! I sent several of my suede garments to many other dry cleaners, inclduing a place charging super high price claiming they can clean the most difficult items as the industry expert. But these places all told me they cannot do anything about my expensive leather suede clothes, even suggested I throw them out. But after I sent these garments to Suede Master, they satisfied all my requests and made my suede garments like new again.Suede master not only has the best quality, but also the best customer service. Everyone in the headquarters is so nice! Especially when i sent my garments to their HQ for cleaning last time, I was late due to traffic. But their staff Nalini waited for me after their business hour. I really appreciate Nalini's kindness!

I WILL NEVER USE THIS INSTITUTION EVERY AGAIN AND DISCOURAGE ANYONE ELSE FROM DOING SO AS WELL!It's too bad one can't choose in the negatives, I would give Suede master a NEGATIVE -10 star review! My daughter's wedding gown was sent to them by my local dry cleaner in Barrie ON to have the gown cleaned and boxed to the tune of over $400!When I got it back I really didn't like the way they folded the gown so last week I decided to open it and re-fold it because it was bothering me so much, well good job I did! IT WAS DIRTY AS THE DAY IT WAS GIVEN TO THEM!! There was not a speck of dust removed, not a stain missing, nothing was done to it besides folding it poorly and sealing it! I WAS LIVID! Check out the pix!How does a company do something like this? My guess is they probably figured it will never be opened so who cares if it's clean or not! How dare they charge for this? Did they think they could get away with it? Maybe, seeing not too many people would open a box that states it's museum quality packaging"! This is a despicable act of Master SWINDLERS not master cleaners!My advice to any bride is to get your gown cleaned

My Mukluks had been sent to get cleaned the week of November 14 by my local dry cleaner and was told that they would have a 10 day turn around. Today is December 16th and I have yet to get my shoes back, it's been a month! This is completely unacceptable. I am convinced that they have ruined my $300 shoes and are avoiding giving them back. Do yourself a favor and confirm with your dry cleaner who they use for their suede cleaning services, and avoid having them sent to these cleaners. Given the low ratings, if I had known this was going to happen I would've sent them elsewhere or even cleaned them myself.

Suede Master cleaned a 5 x 7 cream colored rug for me that had got very dirty and they made it look brand new!! Definitely would recommend this company!! Thank you for such a fabulous job!
