All Things Cedar

Ordered 6ft extension butterfly table with 6 folding chairs. It did sit in its box in a dry garage for over six months but when we sat is up an used it for the first time at least five of the metal fittings holding the chairs together broke making it unsafe to use. Customer service poor and told we would have to buy all new fittings. Absolutely useless set.

Extremely poor customer service. We ordered a teak folding table and chairs. It was poorly packaged and as a result one of the table legs was broken. We called within an hour of the delivery, but they would not ship us replacement legs. It appears they do not make the product, or inspect it prior to reshipping. I would never order anything from them again.

We were very pleased to receive our planter box and trellis from All Things Cedar. It is a beautiful addition to our outdoor living space. The product came very well packed and the quality of the cedar was obvious. The design was very well thought out and all of the pieces fit together perfectly. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. The finished product is both durable and attractive. We looked for a planter box at a number of garden supply stores and none of them were equal to the product we received from All Things Cedar.

Bought 2 Adirondack chairs felt very flimsy but carried on building them. Had a few mistakes in the instructions but we muddled through. These were very expensive chairs and assumed they would last for years. We stored them inside for the winter months and placed them outside again in June. By August they are completely broken. Many broken boards split in very strange places. When contacting the company was basically told too bad we only offer a 30 day warranty. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told he wasn’t at his desk and would call back. Never did. What a joke. Never have dealt with a company with such low standards. Very disappointing. Lousy product lousy attitude and customer service.

Excellent staff and products!

I had previously ordered a few items - simple items - 2 very small tables and 2 bridges. They seem ok but on the weaker side. Today I put together 1 of the 2 Adirondack chairs I had ordered. My complaints: 1 - Instructions seem incorrect. For example on the front supports for the arms the diagram you have 2 holes and in reality the wood there is only 1 hole on each side 2 - the right arm rest where the screws went in shattered after sitting on it and the screws were placed dead centre. 3 - the inside of the right arm rest is not properly finished and looks terrible. A splinter waiting to happen. 4 - the entire weigh of your back is supported by really only a few screws on each side of the top of the backrest. I sat down and it starts to creek and make noises like it will collapse. 5 - They feel far too light and flimsy. Both chairs are in the garage and are waiting for garbage day. Would never buy again from them.

All you have to do is actually listen to the instructions from the call control and press the number asked for. NOT DIFFICULT. Actually explains why your customer service is so terrible. HONESTLY PEOPLE Do Not buy from.this company. They are crooks and do not give a ...... About their customers. Didn't even listen to the message from call control.
