Shoppers Drug Mart

Walked in with my emotional support animal(a Bearded Dragon under my shirt with it's head sticking out of my collar...sleeping). Was immediately told it was not allowed in anymore if I had it with me. Thanks for supporting people with Emotional Support Animals.

I went to return an item from Amazon to the post office in shoppers(Lauzon and Wyandotte). I have everything printed in an envelope ready to be sent, as I was being taken care of from the blonde lady, she informed me that they will NOT tape the package this due to the pandemic. I have had several shoppers drug Mart post office employees help me tape on the return with a special plastic see-through case so I don’t tape it myself. I go to the shoppers with everything ready and she refuses to do it due to the pandemic, even though I’ve done this several times during the pandemic. So I went to the check out and asked if they had tape I could use. Of course they did, let me tape up everything at the cash register. Thank you to some awesome shoppers employees for having some compassion and not being so ridiculous and turning me away. I went back up and she argued the whole time, honestly shameful behaviour! This woman was well in her 50s not helping for a second. Couldn’t tape a package because the virus will get you? Sad how it took away humanity in people. This woman should be so ashamed, others workers helped me when she refused...

I met worst salesperson today in the store ...that old lady was so arrogant she needs to work on her customer service skills..might be she was the supervisor or something

I love this Shoppers. The staff are very friendly and if you ask questions and they don't know the answers they tell you and they go to someone and ask them. The pharmacy is excellent and deliveries are fast. The pharmacist will take the time to answer any questions you have about your prescribed medicine. It's like having a second family!!

Nice place and very organized. I enjoy shopping here and used to go often. It is a good location, but parking can be sometimes tight if it's busy. There is only one entrance unto Wyandotte Street East which is also the only exit.Staff is friendly and service is good. I would recommend.

Staff at the post office is kinda rude and there never around, had to ask other staff to find them for me after ringing the bell for 10min.

The staff here are extremely disorganised. They also are quite rude to customers and I went thru the checkout yesterday on the self checkout!! And I had to try and bag my items and scan my PC optimum card while she was telling me the total the least you can do is the scan the card babe or they can get rid of the regular checkouts of staff does not want to scan or bag items

Nice and clean shoppers! One of my favourites in Windsor, I come here all the time to shop or just to hang out and see what new stuff they have in stock. They have great inventory of seasonal items and expanded the grocery section, too. Great place to buy gifts. I’ve had nothing but very nice and helpful interactions with the cashiers and the pharmacists. I sat for a consultation with a very helpful pharmacist once who referred me to a family doctor. I felt very valued as she took her time to help me and understand my condition.

Since the new owner took over the place SUCKS. Bunch of new employees with horrible customer service. I know they can't stay behind cash but I've had to wait 5mins at cash to be served multiple times(I prefer self checkout but somethings require I go to cash). The pharmacy took the biggest hit, the new team are not competent at their jobs and rude. Jas ruined everything Ted built. Also the pharmacist Christine or Christina has refused to sell me plan B she said they were out of stock which hello? It's a drug store. And I could see the boxes behind her she lied to my face and refused me service because of her religion. I even got a friend to go in and test the theory and once again she said out of stock when they were on the bottom shelf behind her. This place is a JOKE!

I find their prices are going through the roof. This used to be my go to store. Also they need better people answering the phone in the pharmacy. Some of the people seem put out when you call
