Purolator

For 9 years my packages have been delivered to the wrong house. Every single time I call in I’m told a manager from this depot will call and I’ve never received a call. The one and only time I was able to speak to the driver was when he went to retrieve my package and he told me he didn’t know my street existed. Yet to this day, he still continues to deliver them to the wrong neighbourhood. This is absolutely atrocious behaviour.

Can’t leave a zero rating. My best advice is DO NOT USE this COURIER!Purolator delivered a package, a box of books, to my house and left it in the rain. No plastic bag, as you get from other courier companies. Just left it to soak up the water and destroy the contents. I have a covered porch, and the door is left open for deliveries. Every other courier puts packages in the porch. Apparently too much of an effort for purolatorWhen I tried contact them it is a 45 minute wait on the phone. While waiting I engaged the “chat” option. Won’t take the slightest bit of responsibility.I did connect with Amazon and they offered a replacement. They also promised that they would no longer have purilator deliver to me. I didn’t know such a thing could be done. If it can be done for me it can be done for you. I encourage everyone to make this request.

There was a knock on my door. I walked 30ft to the door, only to find the driver 30ft away in his truck. He was going to leave with my package and an envelope with a No Signature Required sticker. Very poor service, they will no longer deliver to me again.

Drivers never ring the bellI guess they do not have fingers and eyes.... I was stay at home but they did not ring the bell Bad service ever I had

Kim was really helpful and made our pickup super easy. She made sure we got the parcel correctly and quickly as we looking to get it asap.

My item has been returned to sender as address correction required/incorrect address, which is not true. I live in my guelph apartment for past 3 years and been receiving parcels from UPS/Fedex/Amazon or atleast with a note to pick it up. Also, went to the warehouse on massey road to inquire and had little to no help too.

It says they are open. They are not open. I’ve been driving around Guelph trying to find a location but they all say they’re open when they aren’t and no number to call. There’s no space in the drop box for my packages. What am I supposed to do? How do I know what location is open and when? This is not the first time this has happened to me, I’m genuinely confused how this company is still in business.

Extremely lazy and arrogant couriers. I live in a condo, there was no delivery attempt or delivery notice left. I was only kept updated via the tracking ID. I cringe when anyone other than Amazon delivers packages to me.

The location of this business is ideal. Little to no traffic and lots of parking for customers. We had to drop off a package, took it inside and were taken care of right away. The young lady that helped us was exceptional. She walked us through the computer terminal and answered all of our questions promptly. Great service here and we will use this place again!

They expect you to stand outside your house and keep waiting for driver for scheduled pickup service between 1pm to. 5pm. And not even care to ring the door bell or calling for informing. The worst service I ever had.
