We purchased our system in May of 2021. The reverse osmosis system has been great as we were not able to drink our well water before. We now don’t have to buy water or go to the community well. We have enjoyed the soap package and one year later we still have lots left. Conditioner has kept our water great as long as we make sure it has salt. Highly recommend!!

We have had our new system replacing a competitors system last July. We just love it. We now have Reverse Osmosis so we know that we are getting the very best drinking water. Another great thing is that we use much less salt than we used to use which is a money saver. It may have cost more initially but knowing we have the best drinking water is a major plus for us. We don't have to worry about maintenance they call and book an appointment for that. Plus, we have a lifetime warranty.

We started with well water that had been contaminated by an outside source and decided to put in a system that would treat our water on all of our taps, now we feel confident that the water we are drinking is safe. Very happy that we had this system installed.

We purchased our conditioner and reverse osmosis water system in Oct 2021. We love it, the water is so pure and soft. The products we received will last us forever. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The pure water makes my homemade wine tastier and the conditioner makes our skin softer. Totally recommend this system

I have had my Reverse Osmosis system for just over a year now and absolutely love it. The peace of mind of having safe clean drinking water that is always available makes it so worthwhile. Also, not having to carry large jugs of water to a water cooler, makes it even more desirable.

This company is not legitimate. I paid 20K for a whole home reverse osmosis system that they now refuse to commission. Even though we paid in full over a year ago it seems the company has been sold and the new owner is not doing the startup of systems that we committed and paid to the former owners. 8 weeks of call from my contractor to get this system started and they have lied to us every time. Most recently today when they said 11 am then 5 pm so we have plumbers here all day waiting for them and not show. Calls to the owner and former owners have no impact. Do not deal with these people the business is not a real business. The only way to deal with these people is through your lawyer just get someone else to do the work, it will save you time and money

O’shey was very nice, patience and friendly. He explained all the steps of testing very well. Randy came for installation and Randy was so courteous, he explained everything and I will recommend this company over and over again.

Shaka did a great job updating my reverse osmosis system, very professional and efficient.Great system! Removes the arsenic in my water so no more filling jugs for drinking water.

I got a call telling me I won a first aid kit! Then they said they would like to do a quick water analysis and if they could set up a time so we figured why not? That was a big mistake. They came at 4:10 and never left until 8:15 and proceeded to say it should have only taken an hour cant believe it was that late. Then they wanted an answer immediately and we said we wanted a couple of days to think about it. they then said they could go and wait in their car for us to decide. We told them they were here for 4 hours and we just wanted to relax and have supper...because at that point we havent eaten and its been a long day. They then proceeded to argue that they hadnt been here for four hours!! Since they wanted an answer immediately we said no then they proceeded to call The Boss and was put on speaker phone and asked if if wanted a couple of days and we said yes then and only then did they decide to give us a couple of days. Never heard back from them and hope we never do.
