This is not a regular walk-in center. It's a retirement home. Google offers this place when searching for walk-ins. But this is not one.

Worst place i have ever had to deal with. one of my family members passed away there, and they are very rude. they called and demanded that she be removed right now, as i am on the other line setting up a pick up time. I was dealing with a lady named Lisa..... People should have sympathy when someone passes not be rude as she was.

Last wednesday I walked in a little bit early and got in right away. My mom and I love talking to the receptionist Victoria. She is very very nice and always makes me love go there. Lester is amazing and really works my dislocated shoulder well. Amazing experience every time.

5 stars for the mood uplift! I believe that only great people work here. The architect definitely was one of them.

came to look at reviews for facility, saw the high rating and thought maybe should look into this place for my mom...all these reviews are about the building itself. Thou the building has a cool aerial view...the reviews have nothing to do with the facility itself.

Every time I come to this place the rules change. The first time I was here I was required to wear a mask and take a covid test which is fine. Now they are saying that face Shields, masks and a covid test must be done. The guy I dealt with was rude and very arrogant. He had the personality of a wet blanket. I tried to explain to him that I can’t wear a face shield do to a medical condition identified by Veterans Affairs. He in no way had any care for what I was telling him. If you have a family member here. Be prepared for the rules to change ever time you come. It is frustrating at best.

I am looking for a place to help my mom. 68 Reviews here and 99% is about building design?!!!!Don't post these kind of comments please. It's not helpful and it makes a fake rating for this place.

If the services are as wise as the building design, better stay away! ROTFL

I was nervous due to Covid when my sister was transferred to this Long Term Care facility. However I must say that I only have good things to say. She was only there for two weeks before passing away. The staff on the third floor were kind,caring and attentive, both to my sister Patricia and to her family. She was treated with dignity and respect. Any changes in her treatment or condition were reported in a timely fashion.The facility was clean neat and they were very meticulous in their screening for Covid. When she passed she was honoured with an accompanying walk by staff out the front door to the hearse. It was so dignified and emotional. Unfortunately she passed before she had a chance to be involved in any program there so I can’t speak to that. Many thanks to all the hard working staff.
