When I started going to see Dr. Leci, I thought I would never walk again. Barely 40 and suffering from osteoarthritis in both knees. I couldn’t walk, couldn’t stand, couldn’t sleep…in constant pain all the time. He came up with a treatment plan that include pain management which gave me the chance to build back my strength. After a year and a half, I’m not only walking unassisted but I can do stairs too. The progress I’ve made has allowed me to put off knee replacements for at least another 15 years (fingers crossed). Thank Dr. Leci and the Arbeau team for your support and encouragement. I am slowly gaining back my life and independence.

Thanks to the team at Arbeau Sports Medicine, I am virtually pain-free for the first time in two years following treatment of plantar-fascitis and heel spurs in my right foot. Words can’t describe how amazing my experience has been at Arbeau’s Sports Medicine. I started going back in November for a wrist injury, and everyone there has always been so friendly and kind to me. All the people I touched with my experience at the clinic were friendly and completely professional. After experiencing a torn meniscus and wishing to get back on the golf course as quickly as possible I contacted the clinic. From the initial contact to 7 weeks of physio with Brady I am back to walking the course and enjoying the golfing experience once again. Firstly, PRP is the fountain of youth and Dr Arbeau made it all possible. I researched PRP for about a year from clinics in the Greater Toronto area to a few major U.S. cities. Dr Arbeau’s clinic was just as well reviewed as the much higher priced big city clinics. So I made the 2 hour drive from Toronto to London, had my life changing shot and saved myself half the cost. Dr. Arbeau and his support staff are wonderful. Referred to his clinic by my family doctor after years of chronic leg pain. I have been working with Mike the athletic therapist for several weeks now to rehab my leg injury. I am extremely happy with the progress I have made. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

I was referred the Arbeau Sports Medicine Clinic for some pain I was having in my foot. Within 10 days I had my appointment with Dr Arbeau, was fitted for orthotics by the clinic’s pedorthist Brad, and had imaging ordered to figure out what was causing the pain. Within another 2 weeks I had the CT done, picked up my custom orthotics, and had a follow up appointment. I can’t say enough good things about my experience! Everyone was so friendly and kind, including the lovely office administrator Bethany, who organized everything and ensured I had the paperwork I needed to submit to my insurance. My appointments were always on time, and knowing all of the delays in healthcare these days, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly everything was scheduled and completed. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with any acute or chronic MSK concerns!

My 16 year old son was diagnosed with petallar tendonitis at the beginning of his summer football season. Even though he had knee pain he wanted to continue playing so he was treated by a chiropractor ( acupuncture, manipulation and mobilization ) which reduced but did not eliminate his pain but allowed him to keep playing. After the season he was able to rest and Dr Arbeau treated him with PRP. For the first 4-5 days it was swollen and somewhat painful but he took it easy and let his body heal. By day 8 he was able to participate fully in his high school football camp pain free. I would highly recommend Dr Arbeau for this type of treatment.
