Great area.... But the condo itself is poorly runned... There have been times where we the owners had to pay for repairs that should be completed by the corporation..

I lived there for 26 years and didn't had problems with cockroaches it's how you take care of the apartment keeping it clean it won't clean on it's own. Yes the location is good if I could I would go back if I get the same apartment back

Lived here for a couple of years because the rent was affordable.That is the only thing I liked about that building.The whole building should be demolished and rebuild something beautiful because it has a great location.

Had big cockroach problems for a year to this day. Property managers and landlord are extremely rude and dont give a damn about their tenants. Water shuts off at least once a month. Don't live here. Unless you want your quality of life to diminish.

So many cockroaches in the building it has tons of cockroaches and the water shuts down every single month, if you are readimg this don't live here unless you want to live with cockroaches
