Laurel Richards Hair - Private Studio (Current Clients Only)

I’ve been going to Laurel Richards Hair for about 4 or 5 years now. I always receive excellent service. I usually call last minute, not expecting to get in right away and most times they can accommodate me. The salon is clean and bright and comfortable. I usually see Krystal, but my experiences with each of the staff has always been great - they are friendly and professional. Laurel - thank you for arranging root touch up kits. I was so happy to pick up curbside! Looking forward to getting back in when it is safe.

Laurel and Caroline are two of the most professional and talented (doesn't even describe their level of training and quality) hairstylists I have ever met. I have gotten my hair done at the best salons in the GTA and Toronto and I trust these two. They are honest and have pride in each client they work on. I have been consistently blown away by their work. Most importantly they are not just in the hair business. They care about their guests and the integrity of their service. You can rely on what they say and the work they do! It's been 10 years and I've never been disappointed with these two beautiful women.

I have visited Laurel for a few years now and have never left the salon disappointed. I have never been waiting in the waiting area, as their service is so timely. They value your time and ensure top notch service. The staff are extremely polite and respectful. Even though I have moved further Laurel Richards is worth the drive !!

Laurel is extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to understand what you are wanting colour-wise and gave me the confidence to try something new which I ended up loving! Carolyn also is very confident in suggesting hair styles to suit you and I have always walked out of Laurel Richards very satisfied and received many compliments the day I get my hair done! Both women are extremely friendly and it's like chatting with good friends. The atmosphere is always warm and relaxing and I am in and out in 1.5-2 hours which NEVER happened at my previous salon.
