Toronto Grand Convention Centre

We had our wedding at the hall on March 10, 2018 (We attached a photo taken by one of our guests :) ). The staff and management worked tirelessly to help us have a wonderful wedding day. From our first visit to the hall we had an excellent experience with the manager, Bassam and Ali were very accommodating. They have tailored the menu to our needs and were open to changes up to the last weeks. Our decorator was incredibly amazed at how helpful the management was with providing her with needed details as well as being available for whenever she needed them. A week before the wedding we kept calling Ali to change the floor plan and his response was always positive and had that easy can do attitude. On the wedding day the hall looked really great. The staff did a complete cleanup the day of and everything from the lighting to the setup was perfect. We had asked for excellent service as we know that this is so important to overall experience and they definitely delivered. They served appetizers to our guests with big smiles, for several rounds. The coffee table was something that we really wanted to have and it was there the whole night and replenished consistently. The bar was a hit; premium service and alcohol. They added an extra bartender to ensure that there was no line up. Every guest was served an amazing hot plate of food and they were even asked if they needed more ( we included a photo taken by one of our guests of their massive plate). The food was DELICIOUS. I can't count the number of guests that made sure to tell us that the food was incredible. Throughout the night both Bassam and Ali were on the floor making sure everything was running smoothly. Even when we had some unexpected guests, they were extremely quick to resolving the issue and re-arranging seats.The sweet table was magnificent (see a photo taken by one of our guests :) ). Up to the last minute the service staff and management were on the floor making sure everyone was happy and things were under control. We would certainly recommend this venue to any of our friends and family.

This hall was impressive. The food was top-notch. Everything was cooked to perfection and tasted incredible. The freshness of the ingredients was evident, and the dishes were served hot and delicious. The space felt brand new, and the decor was modern from the lighting to the furniture, everything was carefully selected to create a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere. The attention to detail was perfect, and it really made my wedding day feel special.

An amazing place with ample room for any event you decide to have. It is well-lit, modern, clean and the staff seemed very attentive to what needed to get done for the corporate event that I was attending that night. The only two issues for me personally were that parking was not readily available for the venue itself but there is plenty of off-site parking. Also, the food that was served that night was cold and without much seasoning. However, the menu on the site does show that they have plenty of options for a variety of crowds in order to please almost any demographic. In the future, I would love to come back or utilize their services for an event. It is also located in a very busy area of the GTA and is very close to a lot of amenities, shopping areas, restaurants, gas stations and the airport is close by.

I checked out Toronto Grand for my daughter’s wedding at the recommendation of a friend and was very impressed by their facilities and service. Ali was very thorough and flexible in helping us make our decision. He clarified all of our concerns and relieved all our worries.I’d highly recommend this hall for a special event, the decor and lighting is fantastic and their pricing can’t be beat. We shopped around and saw multiple other halls but were incredibly impressed by the quality of the hall at the price.The service is great and their food was excellent! I would advise Pakistani guests to ask for slightly spicier food as that was well received among our guests.Thank you Ali was going the extra mile and making our event so memorable for our family!

Very pretty/modern and the owners and managers are very sweet and understanding! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pretty but budget-friendly venue.Edit: so I booked this place again last week and the managers are extremely helpful, I loved everything about the hall, including the service. This banquet hall is definitely a hidden gem with absolute beauty, great prices and even better service!Highly recommend to everyone.

When the place is decorated to your like...WOW. The staff was friendly, restrooms very clean and fresh (no harsh chemicals). The only thing I has a problem with was tea time. They only had coffee and black tea, which I can't have either. I asked for mint or any herbal tea, they had non. I had a cup of hot water for tea.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! they go above and beyond what is expected of them. Indeed made my dream wedding a successful one.The food was absolutely amazing. Probably the best I’ve ever had.I greatly appreciate management for always accommodating all of my request to achieve my own design.If you are planning a wedding or looking for a venue, call them first. Don't hesitate. They are honest and very helpful. You will not regret.

SO I recently reserved this hall for all of my sisters' weddings, and let me just say that it was an amazing experience. The staff was extremely courteous, the food was delicious, and the decorations were stunning. All of the guests were overjoyed and amazed. The manager was extremely helpful throughout the whole events. My family and I were very pleased, and I can confidently say that we will book it again in future.

Outstanding hall, modern and professionals. Food was delicious and service was very good, as soon as I raised my head to ask for something, waitress was making eye contact with my table, nothing too much for these guys, really pleasure been their as we enjoyed every minute, grand modern lobby ( not the typical Roman/Venetian ) washrooms were attended on regular basis. Multiple bars to choose from. Well designed layout, the hall captain made sure everyone was happy and every request was done.

I had family event at Toronto Grand few days back everything was so perfect and nice hall is very modern and clean food was amazing and fresh it was different then other halls service was great all the servers were friendly. I highly recommend Toronto grand for my future events. once again thanks a lot to the team of Toronto Grand.
