All started fine when Mr. Song replayed to my email regarding an used car I was interested to purchase for my teen son. Frank helped in showing us the car and we reached a deal. Just because we declined the offered OPTIONAL extended warranties the finances lady (can't recall her name) was very rough and sarcastic with us; very mean answering our questions, feeling like she just wanted to finish the paper work and had us kicked out of her office.Our family companies lease and buy vehicles for business and personal use very often , we know how difficult is to do business these days, proper training of personnel is the key for a company to success.Five starts for the sales personnel (Mr. Song reply to me during his long weekend holiday) and one star (actually zero) for the grumpy finances lady.

I have been looking for a new car for the past few months or so and ended up finding a really good pre-owned Mazda 3 at Volvo of Vancouver.Dustin, the coordinator, quickly called me back after my initial e-e-mail and put me in touch with Sam. Before even inquiring, I received both the CarFax report and a detailed inspection report for the vehicle. Knowing that the car was inspected by their mechanic was a plus.I had planned to conduct a pre-purchase inspection, and they let the mechanic arrive late in the evening to run his tests without me and without any issues, which was another plus in my books.As you know, it's easy to feel pressured to make a snap decision, thus not taking the time to properly inspect the vehicle. Sam gave me the keys and let me take as much time as I needed to check everything on the car. It felt really good to know that Sam wasn't here to close a deal ASAP, rather, make sure I was feeling comfortable with my purchase. The inspection, which can be also stressful, was enjoyable. I was able to check all the things I needed on the car, and even do a FaceTime with a knowledgeable friend while enjoying a warm coffee on the parking lot.Sam addressed all the questions I had and provided honest answers to all of these questions.Overall, this was by far my best car purchase experience, which didn't left me with any what if's". I definitely recommend Volvo of Vancouver for the quality of the customer service.I will be recommending this dealership and will likely be purchasing my next car from them.Thank you!"

The wife and I were searching for a EV vehicle and happened to bump into joes ad. Contacted him to see if we can see the Kia that was for sale. Unfortunately he was off but he was able to contact someone to show us. The following day we decided to purchase the vehicle and Joe came on his day off just to come and meet us and deal with all paper work! He didn’t Have to drive all the way down from white rock but he did! Thanks for your time and all your help Joe! To you and your whole team!

I had been looking into the Volvo XC90 for a couple months and was ready to make a move, so I went for a test drive at the local dealership close to my house. After the test drive I got greasy vibes from the sales team and it was a negative experience. So I drove 45 minutes to Vancouver and ‘try Volvo again’. I was greeted with an authentic smile and positive energy from my man George Siu. He was genuine and was not wearing a ‘sales mask’. He asked great questions and actually listened to my response. What a thought lol.George has been very helpful and responds quickly to my questions. Him and Joyce were a pleasure to deal with.If you’re looking for a Volvo (and you should!) go see the team at Vancouver Volvo!

We just bought a XC40 mild hybrid through Volvo of Vancouver and we had a Wonderful car shopping & purchasing experience!!My Sales person, Mike Lee, was great to work with and very responsive to answer all of our questions and not once we did feel pressured by him. A breath of fresh air from other car dealers! He was willing to listen to us what we wanted and help us narrow down our decision with absolutely no hassle and no pressure!The entire process of trade in and purchase was also easy and seamless with such nice friendly staffs including a manager Frank as well as a funicular manager Joyce.I walked in yesterday, and walked out today with a new car! Excellent experience and would buy a car again in the future from Mike.Highly recommend.

I would like to share the awesome experience I had with Volvo of Vancouver. It was my first time buying a used vehicle through a dealership, so admittedly, I was a little nervous. That quickly faded once I met Joe Rehbach and the others that assisted me. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. They weren't pushy or aggressive, but rather took their time explaining things, and were very patient. I am so happy with my new vehicle and I am so glad I chose Volvo of Vancouver! Thank you!

I ordered some parts online. They arrived pretty late and one part was bent.Mixed experience with the same person. Initially they were helpful.I requested a return and it took them more than 2 weeks of me following up to arrange that and finally without any notice or communication or planning they had their courier show up at my door to pick up the parts. I was at work so it wouldn't happen.I reached out again and this time they were pretty rude and told me that if tomorrow they can't pick it up, I'd have to return them myself because it costs them too much money".
