I can't say enough about this funeral home. The staff were professional and very compassionate. Our funeral director was Kim Antolich and we really appreciated her professionalism, kindness and caring attitude while dealing with the death of my brother Glen Murray. The staff went above and beyond to look after all of our needs. I highly recommend this funeral home.

The entire staff was very respectful, comforting and supportive. We felt our late mother was respected and well cared for. Our questions were answered and any special requests were arranged if possible. The staff even packed up all of the personal items we had placed for the visitation and had it ready for us to pick up at our convenience. Will not hesitate to use their services again. Extremely thankful for funeral director Victoria, Debbie, Nancy and Catrina who took really good care of our family.Upper Gage location

I can't say enough about everyone working here, they care first, everything else follows. My mother in law and mother passed 6 days apart. Denis, Kristen and staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you for your compassion and understanding and thank you for supporting us during this difficult time.

Not only did they do an impeccable job with my mother-in-law's cremation and all the paper-work details last year, but this year, on the one-year anniversary I received a card from Maureen at the Upper Gage location. It was hand-written and thoughtful. I have to say I was very impressed at the attentive follow-up.

Great place to be. The staff there are truly amazing patience and compassionate during our loss of my mother. Their services were great and offer great advice as well help us through some of checklist. I would use them again in future. I know people who have use them before.

From the initial call with Denis to the consultation and process with Kim , we were treated with kindness, they were supportive , comforting, and informative and eased us through the process. Kim especially went above and beyond for our family during this traumatic time and it made our grieving process manageable. I will forever be thankful.

Today we had a service for my brother. The employees were efficient and very sympathic to our needs. Catrina Meeks was exceptional! Even when I called her several times a day she treated me like I was her only client. Thank you for making the day go without any issues so we could reflect on our memories of our brother.
