This store is organized ,clean and well stocked. Variety of hot cooked food available.Vegetables and fruits section offers fresh items so does bakery .what I liked most was variety of meat, all kinds of steaks , meat portions fish even bones and oxtail.self check outs are not available and cash outs should befaster. Usually Pet food section is not updated I needed 18 to 20kg cat litter and Purina wet food 32 cans which I didnot get.they could have more variety of pet food and toys.

Visited this place to purchase flower plants and groceries.Very good place with a variety of flower plants. And all the types of Asian grocery items are available here. I'm satisfied with the visit.

Great Longos location with a wide selection of groceries on the pricier side so be sure to drop by when they have sales. Their bakery is the main reason I come and I’ve been getting their cakes for a while now. Their strawberry shortcake is consistently good and affordable. I love that they use real cream and strawberries so it’s not too sweet. They also have great seasonal cakes like their mousse and orange tiramisu.

I want to preface this by saying the poor over stretched bakery staff really tried their best to salvage this cake for my daughter, and I appreciated their efforts. However, Longo’s bakery usually has a reputation for being one of the best, and I cannot recommend the bakery at this location. From ordering to pick up the entire process was a disaster. I was put on hold several times the day I called to order this cake. Once for over 10 minutes. I had to hang up and call back. That should have been my first sign not to order from them. They warned me they did not have the tropical theme in stock, but when I told them I was ordering several weeks in advance, they assured me they would have it available for my daughter’s cake. I would have appreciated advance notice once they knew that it would not be available in time as promised so that I could have made other arrangements. Instead on the day of the party, I received a missed call from Longos. After trying to get through three times, they told me my cake would be 30 minutes late. When we arrived to get it, it was BLANK. The staff tried their best, but the cake ultimately did not look like what we ordered, and my daughter was very disappointed. I have never seen such an unprofessional system. There were several other customers there who had no cake ready for them at all! I’m not sure if they are understaffed or poorly managed, but you will not get what you paid for from this bakery. Stay away!

A small location in comparison to some of the massive grocery stores around but it definitely has just about everything that is needed. It is always well stocked and the staff always seem to be in a good mood.

Poor Service and Rudeness at Longos: I had a disappointing experience at Longos when attempting to purchase a cake. Despite waiting for over five minutes, no one was at the counter to assist us. The employee, who was busy washing something, shouted at us rudely to wait. When she finally came, her behavior towards us was unpleasant. Customers should not have to endure such treatment, regardless of the circumstances. Coach your staff Longos !

Great service and superb selection of products. Purchased 2 bushels of Roma tomatoes and a case of sweet pepper to make a roasted tomato pepper sauce as usual for winter months. I couldn't ask for better store to accommodate my family needs.Thank you!

Longo's Glen Erin is a well-known grocery store .You can find fresh fruits and vegetables all kinds of spices, dairy products etc etc etc all the time. This store is vary famous for their Cakes and their accessories they are really fresh and delicious.This store has lots of other things, too . It's a nice place to have some fun time with shopping.
