If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only did the cleaner that came only do half the job (unfinished floors, dirty counters, bathtub not touch etc) but she completely destroyed an irreplaceable, priceless keepsake. When reaching out to the company was promised a refund and for a different cleaner to come finish what the first one didn’t- neither of which have been upheld. To top it off it was insanely overpriced to have ONE cleaner show up and only do half the job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE RIP OFF AND INSANELY UNPROFESSIONAL.** After seeing denial responses on other reviews stating the name is not located. This service was booked under my partners name not mine.

She arrived before the scheduled time, and did a superb job with the move out cleaning. My wife and I were so busy at work and was expecting family for Christmas. It was almost impossible to get our house cleaned couple with a lot of other things that need to get done before our family arrived. So basically we were running out of time. On Tuesday we called DirtBClean, although we weren’t raising our hope to find a cleaning company that would be able to come on such short notice. But luckily for us, they were able to schedule us for the next day.The staff came early, very pleasant and respectful. He did a fantastic job, everything we asked for was done and beyond our expectation. Now we are considering monthly cleaning of our house.Thank you so much for helping us at such a short notice.

Excellent service and very satisfied result. We hired them to do a move-out cleaning for us. At the time of the cleaning, we have already moved to another city. So they basically were asked to do the cleaning without our presence.The cleaning was scheduled at 9am. I thought they would finish it in like 2 hours. So I made an appointment with my landowner to do the move-out inspection on 2pm. It was really surprising to receive a phone call from my landlord at 2pm that he cannot do the inspection, because the cleaning people are still there. Then, my landlord proceed to make a series of instructions and requirement. These were totally unexpected and unplanned. However, DirtBClean Cleaning followed all his instructions, and worked until 5pm that day. The final rate went up by few bucks, which is totally understandable, because none of us anticipate our landlord would be there making all these reequipment. And 9am to 5pm is really a long working hour.And eventually, our picky landlord was apparently very impressed by their work. Because we got all our security deposit back, after lived there for 3 years with modest care of the place. Overall greatly impressed by their professionalism and commitment to customers.

Very good at what they do. I recommend this company to anyone who needs a cleaning service.

Pick a different company.Poor quality work. Rooms not done. Rooms we asked not to clean were cleaned. Put emphasis on the floors and baseboards and all they did was sweep off baseboards with a broom and dry mop the floors with a swifer. Upon cleaning the fridge they had rearranged all the pictures and completely ruined a sentimental print of our newborn. Something that can never be replaced.Their remedy was to come back and clean but apparently are completely booked till the new year and to refund $80 out of a $350 price tag.Chose a different company.

Loved our service from this team!! They have done move in cleans, carpet shampooing , biweekly cleaning and much more for us. Always a pleasure and very reasonable !
