We had recently purchased a branded car for our toddlers Birthday and had a positive experience. We made the purchase through the site and received the product very quickly within two days. We waited to open the product closer to the Birthday which was a week later.Upon opening the box we noticed that there was slight damage to the car as the clip of the bumper was off and broken. This may have happened during the shipping. We notified the seller and their resolution team quickly remedied the issue.The product works great and we had a positive experience with the resolution team.Thanks!

These toys are poorly made. We bought a BMW push car for our grandsons 1st birthday in February. When the weather was nice enough for him to use it, the wheel fell off. When we called to complain they said the warranty was only for 3 months.. I'm so disappointed and also embarassed. We paid almost 200 dollars for this car that isn't worth 50 dollarsVery disappointed grandma.

DO NOT BUY FROM VOLTZ TOYS!0 STAR REVIEW!!!They rip you off. We bought the tractor for over $800 in November for my sons 3rd bday. He has only rode it a handful of times. It keeps breaking down, motors burn out and the customer service is the absolute worst. I’m livid we spent so much money on junk. We have other battery ride ons that my kids have been riding for years, still working great.What a scam of a company. Shame on them.
