Instead of corning me into a position to only replace my broken AC with a new system, they said they can attempt to fix my AC pipe leak. After fixing and refrigerating the system, my old AC has been working flawlessly for 5 years now. Long overdue review!

Great experience with zenith today. They came the same day I called, replaced a part in our furnace and gave an honest assessment of our situation. Our furnace is up and running for now, and it all cost under $250. The visit and diagnostic fee is $95 which is very reasonable. I'll be using this company again.

These guys were great. We had our AC unit fail during a heat wave. The technician made time in his schedule to come by for an initial visit. They called us to say that he was nearby and when he would be passing by. Luckily he had the parts he needed in his van and repaired the AC unit and had us staying cool. Very tidy and on-time. He knew exactly what he was doing and they did not try to push any extra services on us. Very fair prices as well. These guys are my go-to company for AC repair. My co-workers used them for furnace/heat and said the same thing. They are great all-round.

My furnace didn't work normally since Sunday which worried me a lot in this different winter when my wife and kid as many others have to spend most time at home teleworking and online learning. I first dealt with Zenith a couple of years ago when the AC unit at our home needed repair. When other HVAC contractors said it needed to be replaced, Zenith first gave it an attempt to repair the AC unit and it has been working for years now with no issues. I recently had Zenith install another AC unit at a different house and couldn’t be more satisfied with their service! It speaks volumes when a professional advises you on a specific model that matches one’s needs rather than just selling you the more expensive models. In this case, Zenith installed the best AC unit for the best price on the market (based on my research) with extended warranty and manufactures warranty. I Highly recommend working with Matt, Nima and the rest of the team!

I called Ottawa Furnace Parts after receiving a diagnosis from another company. The other company wanted a huge amount for the replacement of the part. Ottawa Furnace Parts sent Matt from Zenith with the part and replaced it on the same day for a fraction of the cost. Honestly, a life saver. Use these guys! They are professional, they know exactly what they're doing.

Great experience with Zenith team and Matt! Our furnace had a minor issue and zenith responded very quickly. They did a professional job and pricing was very good compared to other vendors. I even got my smart thermostat installed from them after they fixed the furnace.Matt answered all my queries patiently and offered honest advice. Overall great experience and will be using them in the future for regular AC & furnace maintenance.

This review is long over due, but we had Matt come to our house a year ago to fix our AC, and we were very happy with his service. The issue was a simple fix (the electrical wires were incorrectly attached) and Matt was honest and professional in promptly fixing the issue and not overcharging us or lying about the root problem, as some other companies would do. He also installed our Google nest afterwards with ease. We will be calling him again for any future AC/Heating needs. Overall, reasonably priced services, and quality customer service. Highly recommend!

Very professional, honest and fast, best service by far compare to any other company I had ever deal with previously.I bought a house last year which had a 5 years old furnace unit , we had a big issue with heating and cooling , Matt find out the furnace had a cracked controller board which cause the furnied goes one and on by itself , also find out issue with our ductwork.(Cheap builder )we decided to change the furnied and Matt gave us few options. They install one of the best furnace in market at a very reasonable price,the amazing part was the custom made air intake ducting, which help the system work very efficient.After installation and some ductwork , not only we have no problem with heating and cooling , our hydro bill is also lower than before.Matt and his crew at Zenith are one of the best in the industry,Thank you guys
