Very nice store for its size, Cyrus is friendly and knowledgeable.

The guy running the store seems nice.He might genuinely want to help you but seems to have very little knowledge in many music areas.The instruments he sells are at best good for a kid to learn on. Many if not most have fret sprouting. Usually do to being in a extremely dry place for long periodsI got a guitar set up done there. It was bad. The action on my guitar is so high I can slide my fingers under the strings at the neck!I'm going blind and feel confident that I could have done better.According to him basses always buzz acousticallyThe way he talks is like he's trying to sound like he knows what he's talking about but has no knowledge of basic terms.He must send instruments out to some one else.I thank my wife for typing this out.

Popped in yesterday and the guy at the counter looked at me for half a second then dismissively went back to his phone conversation not even a half a smile or a nod. Any thoughts of purchasing anything at this store were gone at that very moment.

Just bought a ukulele from The Music Room. Knowledgeable, friendly service for sure. Very pleased with my purchase.

I stopped in there twice and had the same experience each time. . Both times the same guy was working. He had his face buried in his computer and never even acknowledged my presence. After looking around I finally had to stand in front of him to get any service.

Great service on new effects pedalboard. Good advice on set up. Would definitely shop here again!
