My mother lives there, but I visit quite often. Seems very clean and well run. When my kids were younger, we used to go and swim in their pool.Unless it's Mother's Day or something, usually lots of ample parking. The people I bump into in the elevators and halls all seem quite open and friendly. My mother quite likes living there, and from my impressions, it does appear to be a decent place to live.
