Definitely THE best place to get your eyewear in Victoria. I’ve tried other places that just don’t have the high level precision that World of Vision has. Always a treat to get new frames/lenses here!

Ami and Mike are both really great — they have tons of options for all budgets, and came in hundreds of dollars less on my frames/lenses than the lowest quote from bigger stores. Locally owned with amazing customer service, you’ll never go anywhere else once you visit them!

I am fully satisfied with the customer service, prices and selection at World of Vision. Ami went above and beyond in providing excellent service including trouble shooting and subsequently correcting an incorrect Rx I was provided. He retested my vision and re-ordered new lenses ensuring I was happy, and could see well!. Love my 2 new pairs of glasses. I'll be back. Great customer service and knowledgable staff.

Over the last 14 years I've bought seven pairs of fabulous reading and computer glasses from Ami and Mike--I don't bother looking anywhere else. Their range is extravagant, but their prices are not. And the service is unparalleled. When I dropped by today to pick up my very cool new glasses, I suddenly realized that I feel so comfortable and welcome in their store it's as if I'm visiting friends. They also really know what they're doing and have all the fancy equipment--the lenses of my new glasses are perfection (I'm wearing them as I type this review, but I really wish I could just wear them out everywhere--I love them!) And Ami carefully heated and bent the arms (on the spot) to fit my head comfortably. Very grateful to have this excellent store in our city.

I cannot express enough how awesome the customer service is here; they seem to actually enjoy interacting with the customers which is increasingly rare. I've mainly spoken with Mike but also talked to another gentleman at the store who was also friendly and polite. They are clearly focused on getting their customers products they will be happy with, not upselling useless extras. Never from them have I sensed impatience, annoyance, or a desire to sell me on something I wasn't interested in. It's incredibly refreshing to deal with actual human beings. I'd highly recommend this store over any of the many other optical stores I've visited in Victoria.

Ami and Mike are the absolute best, and the prices really cannot be beat. Such personal care. Mike recognizes my family & Ami has a great sense of style to help you choose. You cannot go wrong here. I tell everyone who tells me they need new glasses to check these guys out first! Super worthwhile!
