Have done a ton of home renovations and Brock is far and away the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.Purchased a patio door from them over a year ago, lots of delays and mistakes on their end. Has yet to be completed. No idea when it will be.Client service has been nonexistent. Brock has not once reached out to me or respond to emails.Turns out the patio door I purchased from them is manufactured by North Star. I was told in April I now need to deal with them, through Brock. Haven’t heard anything from either Brock or North Star.Installers did the best job they could considering the product. Some damage to the frame but again they were working with a poor product.Update July - Still haven’t heard anything of when this might be completed. Strongly advise to look elsewhere if you are buying a patio door.

I would advise against using this company! I placed my order March 9, 2022. I have paid in full, and yet the job is still not done.The installers broke my front window on install in SEPTEMBER 2022 and told me they’d be back in 4 weeks with a new one. This window is still broken, taped up, and I still do not have an install….Also, the latch on another window has already broken off. Horrible quality. I regret contracting this company for my window replacements. 9 windows took the installers 2 full days to install. THAT IS NOT THE NORM! They did not clean their work sites after.Use someone else.No return of calls.

We replaced our windows on the second floor and were very satisfied with every aspect of the experience with Brock windows. From the wonderful sales person who never rushed or pressured us in any way. He took the time to explain our options and was very thorough. The ordering process was very streamlined and we were kept in the loop on the order status. The installation was done very professionally and the installation team was a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend Brock for your windows. The windows are exactly as promised and very good quality

We had an incredible experience with our windows installation from Brock windows and doors. Right from the get go, we met with Brett Baverstock, who was a great salesman and he came to our house to give us a very thorough and free estimate. He gave us a very competitive rate and we decided to go with Brock.Our installation was in May 2022 and the installation team was very experienced, careful and installed all our windows within 2 days. They made everything very seamless.After our installation, we had a few issues that needed to be fixed and we contacted Brock windows and a technician came to fix the screen on one of our windows.Overall, we are very happy we chose Brock to replace our windows. And we're very grateful to Brett for providing us with excellent customer service. We'd highly recommend choosing Brock Windows for your next job. 5/5

After shopping around for a new front door, we chose Brock Doors and Windows because it was the best value and the sales guy Rick was very personable and worked with us to find the best door for us. Our door is gorgeous! The sale went smoothly but be aware there is quite a wait for actual installation (12-14 weeks) which is common everywhere. The booking of the installation had a few bumps which were annoying but eventually sorted out. The installation team was amazing... professional, friendly and did a great job.

Brock windows has been such a pleasure to deal with unlike the nightmare we faced with a previous unnamed window manufacturer. We dealt with Darwin Raganit for our new build. We were so lucky to have him as our salesmen. Our windows and doors look so beautiful, and several people have complimented us on the windows and doors. Darwin is efficient, reliable, organized, gave us great suggestions, was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that the windows and doors to be delivered were on time. (An important fact during this Pandemic where everything has been severely delayed.) Any questions I had (there were several) he answered calmly and patiently, and he was always available to speak to over the phone and if he was not available, we always got a phone call back. There never was a question that was too many for him to answer. Brock windows is lucky to have Darwin and I wouldn't hesitate to do business again with Brock windows and Darwin in the future. Our house looks beautiful because of him a true rock star.

We hired Brock doors and windows to replace 11 windows and 3 doors.The price was reasonable. The sales aspect with enjoyable. No pressure sales. Bill and Ken were knowledgeable and helped guide us through the process. explained the different options and gave us competitive pricing.Once the windows and doors were ready, the install was scheduled. The installers showed up on time, the doors were installed over two days and the installer did an excellent job. Very clean and looks great. The windows were installed over the course of a full day. They also did a great job. They were clean and the windows look great. The Initial install was completed before Dec 20th 2022. There was one window that was damaged in transit. Communication from the scheduling department is Horrible. The installers told us about the damaged window. We did not hear from the scheduling department about this until we called them and asked when should we expect this window. 3 weeks later installer shows up with a new Window glass. No frame. The frame was never left with us. Off they go to find the frame. No frame found. New window ordered. It is now Feb 23rd and the remaining window was finally installed . When the installers showed up they had the new complete window and the new glass and the original frame. the original frame did not match any of the new installed windows. fortunately they had a complete new window that did match. In all it took over two months to get this one window issue resolved. In dealing with the scheduling department we have made over 50 phone calls to get this resolved. They do not answer the phone. They do not return calls and when you do get someone from that department they have no idea what is going on. they schedule in blocks of time. No exceptions, no Weekends.Overall we are very happy with our new Windows and doors. We have had friends and neighbors comment that our home look really nice and the doors and windows look great . We have had friends come over and comment our home feels warmer as the old doors and windows sealed very poorly. The new Doors and windows are performing very well, no drafts. If you hold your hand in front of the windows you feel warm, previously you would feel cold radiating off the windows.Brock doors and windows has great installers and a great sales Team. The schedulers however leave a bad taste in your mouth.this is where brock doors and windows really needs to improve.based on this interaction I have edited my review and reduced them to a 4 star from a 5 star.

Brock Doors and Windows installed new windows and a new front door in mid-December 2022. Unfortunately, Brock did not install the door we had ordered (which had a glass insert), and instead installed a solid door. Consequently, our entryway has been dark and unpleasant.It took 8 weeks from the installation date for the correct door to be manufactured and ready for installation, but the service appointment was cancelled day-of because the installer was ill. The make-up appointment was scheduled two weeks later and was also cancelled day-of because the installer was ill. The third appointment (two weeks after that) was supposed to be between 11:00-1:00 but the installer did not arrive until after 1:00 at which point I was unavailable due to a work conflict. It's been over 5 months and we still do not have the door we ordered.

We had windows installed in early 2019.Couple of months ago we reported we had found a crack in our bedroom window. We contacted Brock to initiate a claim. They asked if we could find a serial number on the window. Over the span of three months and a number of calls to identify that there is no serial number on the window and another series of phone calls to finally schedule a tech out to the house to identify the serial number. We received a call on the Monday morning about a month ago when they were scheduled to visit that the Tech called in sick and we would have to reschedule…nothing since…crickets.We have since found a crack in the window of another bedroom!!!!You’ve got our money, we had nine windows installed. All supposed to be triple glass. Not sure that they are???Work order # 188211, two now have issues.Your responsiveness and after care service I have been lacking. We've paid our money in good faith, the two windows are an issue.Brock is supposed to be professional company, stand by your windows and get this situation dealt with.

Update: they sent me an email today to reschedule the April 7th visit they offered below and are asking if April 27th works. WOW! This was installed October, I called in November and I got though cold winter with freezing home because they cannot fix an issue issue have have to reschedule for the 4th Time!!!! 6+ plus monthsI wish I read the reviews before I payed all this money. I will also be writing a BBB review as it seems this typical unsatisfactory customer service from this company.I had windows and patio doors installed in October. My kitchen was freezing all winter from air leaking from the new patio door.Tech finally arrived 3 months since my request (after they rescheduled as they could not repair it) and found very little spray insulation, resulting in freezing air leaking in. He added the insulation but did not address the bottom as my floor is ice cold.As they were late for their appointment, I could not stay and confirm the repair was completed sufficiently. I have sent a follow up email to have another appointment.Please fix my issues.The picture is a reference after the technician added spray foam insulation 1 of 2 sprays, it originally had 1 side insulation with Gaps, leaving 90% with no insulation with aluminum panel on the other end.
