I woudn't normally bother to leave a review but was just on hold with them and starting reading some of these comments. We've been dealing with them for a few years for service on our commercial dishwasher. I think its a pretty solid company. You can always reach somebody on the phone, they are polite and helpful. Turnaround has been pretty quick on service when I leave the washer in Kingston. To the best of my knowledge pricing is fair. I'd give 5 stars but not all of my dishwasher issues were resolved but that could have been bad luck as these machines need some attention when they get a bit older.

dont trust this company and dont give credit card number to him becouse all employe dont have any information and anything when they come find problem in the google and youtube

Called in to repair commercial kitchen equipment. A rep on the phone, after going over makes/models of our equipment, said they do repair this particular equipment. We also requested for the stove to be professionally cleaned. Tech arrived. Didn’t have any parts on him, didn’t have any idea on how to repair any of equipment. Left to go to local hardware store 6 times. Spent 6!!!! Hours to walk around equipment only to finally say he couldn’t repair the equipment, and another 2!!! hours to write a report while sitting on-site. Costed over a $1000 with no real work done. Unprecedented!!!!!!!!
