Crystal was very patient with me in our coaching sessions, and her feedback was always honest. Matt & Crystal are an amazing team! They give you a feeling of safety and nurturing when you go for a sound vibe session. After a quick Voice analysis to determine the key (musical note) your body may be lacking in, Matt intuitively picks the meditation best suited for you to play over top of the frequencies that are determined by the voice analysis. The sound-bed plays the frequencies which balance and harmonize your chakras and physical body (organs). This treatment relieves pain and anxiety and is an amazing addition to combine with other modalities you may be using.I have been having sessions with Matt & Crystal for a year now and am grateful for the sound-bed and it’s healing frequencies!! <3
