I contacted Callanan Roofing as my roof was leaking in several places. Alex was very professional and provided a detailed quote through email. I had several questions which he promptly replied. His pricing was fair and competitive with several other quotes we received. He arrived on time, and went above and beyond to replace a chimney cap and a piece of fascia. Alex communicated throughout the job as there was a hole in my roof that he repaired. He laid tarps down to catch debris, and his crew was very thorough to ensure everything was cleaned up afterwards. It’s been a couple of weeks and we’ve had quite a bit of rain - and no leaks! I couldn’t be happier with the timeliness, professionalism, pricing and the workmanship and highly recommend Callanan Roofing!

Very disappointing and unreliable business. After confirming and scheduling the roof installation previously, the contractor cancelled on the day of installation even though I offered to pay half in deposit and the rest was guaranteed to be paid by NL housing within a week of completion. The only requirement by NL housing was to receive photos to confirm that roof was indeed replaced. He will absolutely leave you high and dry in November if a better job comes by despite your roof needing most urgent replacement.

We hired Callanan Roofing to replace our roof (full re-shingling) in the summer and would easily recommend them to anyone looking to get work done on their roofs.If we break down how the project went:The quote was competitive, and Alex was quick to answer any questions, or assuage any concerns regarding the work and warranties.When the job started, materials and crew showed up at the agreed time and completed the project in a professional and efficient manner. The old roof was torn and the new one went up well within the timeline that had been discussed.And after the roof replacement was complete, the site was swept up again to make sure no nails or debris had been left behind.Callanan Roofing Contracting acted professionally and did a great job at a fair price, which is a rare experience nowadays!

I found Alex, Callanan Roofing when I needed to replace 23 year old shingles on my house in 2021. I called several companies for a quote and Alex responded very quickly and came out and looked at my job and gave me a quote. I did see a previous job Alex had completed and the homeowner was very pleased with the work completed. I asked Alex to schedule me in and the work was completed on time and as quoted! Very pleased with Alex and team. They were very careful to keep grounds and area clean and tidy and free from debris.
