Be warned. The vending machine that dispenses boxed laundry soap and fabric softener products takes your money but does not dispense items.Well yes you did walk by us. And we advised you it wasn't working as did someone else. You gave us 2 boxes of soap. However there is nothing on the machine to indicate it doesn't work. So what good is that? Someone else put there money in, no soap. We advised them. Machines and dryers work well. But don't use the soap machine until its fixed. We texted the number on the machine. No response.

Well this is a total shithouse, but you've got no choice but to give them your money if you want laundry done in town so best to be prepared. When I was here, about a third of the machines were broken. They cost $6, and only accept loonies. The change machine will give you three loonies and eight quarters for each five dollar bill. Just save up loonies ahead of time. Or just don't do laundry while you're here.

Coin shower was great! I had no problems, it was reasonable clean snd hot. Only improvement would be a mirror and hooks

Coin Laundry and showers in the downtown of Tofino. Could use improvement but understandably staff are doing their best with what they have. Machines eat money and change machine not perfect, when needing assistance sometimes an hour wait is expected :/ Ill be back regardless.

Machines all worked well and were clean. They had a change machine which changed up 20 dollars. They had a vending machine for a little detergent which worked fine for us. A member of staff was there. The cycles were relatively quick and we popped next door for a drink whilst washing and drying. Perfect for a quick wash and dry of some essentials towards the end of our three week trip.

This place is awful. The vending machine took our money TWICE on different products. If I pay 5 dollars dollars for a 23 min. wash of my closthes I dont expect much, but I expect a clean place and a working enviroment. Everything was looking super-shabby and a woman was STUCK naked in the shower, because the shower just took her money but didnt work. AWFUL.

We went in with a bag of soaking wet clothes after a wet hike and all the dryers were being used; the man working told us he would take his clothes he was drying out of the dryer so we could dry ours. Super nice guy. Friendly environment. I have used laundromats all over the province and this one is right up there at the top. He even offered us a spot to setup and play our board game.

Vending machine is labelled out of order" even though it's not. Washing and drying machines are extremely confusing to use at first with next to no instructions. It is very unclean and not maintained properly which is very obvious as you walk in. For $7.50 per load I expect much better than this. The owner is very very rude when bringing up these issues too. It's a shame it's the only laundry mat in town. Such horrible customer service and very poorly maintained."

Put $4 in the shower (which is already expensive for a 5 minute shower) and the water didn't turn on. Texted the number and no reply. There goes my $4. Managed to get laundry done after feeding that change machine an absurd amount of money to get enough loonies while I was left with a mountain of quarters. The wash was overpriced and half the machines were out of order. Even the shower curtains are long gone and rusted hooks remain on the roads, despite a replacement cost of less than 3 stolen showers. I hear there might be another laundromat at one of the campgrounds or in uculelet
