What a joke! Told to go to door 201 for customer pickup, no button to let anyone know your there, bang on the door till your blue in face, called office no answer, went to shipping receiving person just ignores you. I had to call the store i bought the item from so they could get someone to open the door. I bet its a great place to work because no one works!!!

Most of my items ordered that ship from this location are shipped out very quickly. It seems like they process orders very shortly after you have placed an order. The only thing is if you ever have a problem and need to call them. Then it is very hard to be directed to the right person to assist you with your inquiry.

It is a mystery to me as to how they stay in business. Their prices are consistently way higher than elsewhere, their website is a joke on a mobile device, and there is no answer from their listed tel number. Stay away from this place and buy your stuff elsewhere, as I have been literally forced to do, time and again.

Horrible with returns I've shipped the item back since October 17th its now October 13 th and they still can't find the item also it was a product that is not even usable complete waste of time and money horrible customer service called 5 times now still no refund

This is one of worst company in Canada, specially the shipping receiving staff including the gate security have really bad attitude. I went there 10 min early for 11.30 appointment. He ignored me and asked to go back out to the roadside and comeback to get me in after the time. They never respect people. First time I ever seen a company like this..Better stay out of it..

The worst place ever!!! Do not Enter ! Do not buy anything it more then likely used, Do not work there no job security, they will fire you in a sec. Do not trust management. The employees that work there are like family... but the managers are all rats and not to be trusted. Please do not waste your time here. Take it from me.... I worked there for over 10 years and did everything and then some. If I could give a negative reviews I would.
